Taystee Burger — Restaurant in East St. Louis

Literally the best burger I have had in America!! The French fries (which are not french) were amazing. The beef tasted like actual beef and the cheese was on point! Honestly wish they didnt run out of peach cobbler because I wouldve loved to try it considering how amazing everything else was. My father, who has a weak stomach, processed well and had no complaints even though he is quite a picky eater. May not be in the best part of St. Louis but definitely has the best burger on this side of the world. Honestly, being born and raised in California, this place is so much better than an In n Out burger!!! Five guys isnt even as tasty as a tasty burger! Absolutely Horrible customer service. I purchased a regular cheese burger and a turkey burger. I'd been here before but never had their turkey burger. After receiving it once i got home I realized that the burger was not like the beef. Instead of the the meat being fresh and hand pattied like the beef, the turkey was a patty. The turkey burger was disgusting and I've had a many of turkey burgers. I called the restaurant 15 min after i left and was told by the lady that I couldn't return it and that I had made a bad decision. They refused to make another burger. Won't be doing...

So I slid in there today and I'm feeling real good. I order a big burger, 2 hand made patties, mayo, onion, cheese, and love. I left a tip and stepped outside while they prepared my order. I got my burger when I came back and it was so hot I swear they just put the bag on the grill until I got back. The burger was cooked to perfection. I couldn't stop myself from eating it all. I meant to take pictures and make a video. Right now it's settling in my stomach and I can feel the Burger God's blessings being released into my body. I gotta take a nap after this.
