I drove from Florissant, Missouri to get this Snoot only to get back home and open the bag to get ready to eat it and pull the box out the bad with some gum stuck to it that someone was chewing… I was devastated that was a 35 minute drive one way and I cannot even eat it…let alone the money wasted on three snoots… I have been trying to call them to notify them of what has transpired and no one is answering the phone.… Never again for me, this is trifling!!!!

I think they closed but this is a Gem best BBQ hands down. When the food not ready I don't care how long the wait is we sitting in that car till it's DONE.

I think they closed but this is a Gem best BBQ hands down. When the food not ready I don't care how long the wait is we sitting in that car till it's DONE.

I always give good reviews...BUT...they got my orders wrong. (I wanted rib tips on one plate and snoots on another, they mixed them on both orders. I was so pissed!) And this was after spending almost $30 and waiting a hour. The small $2 sides were not good and the $2.50 cake was cut really small but it was good. I gave it 3 stars because of the cake and the BBQ, which was ok after I separated it...

A little too small for me, but I always still find myself going there ... 😂 The food has been famous for years, if you are down for a challenge, go there and order the big mama burger , it is the most massive thing that I have ever encountered, and it's always good! The atmosphere around the bar side , is always a dope vibe, if you are looking for a nostalgic good time, I suggest you go and...
