I have been renting a storage space over here since October 19 I did everything over the phone with the customer service agent not with someone directly at the property and they gave me a really good deal when I got here Kiara was very rude and nasty and wanted to charge me more than the price quoted to me I mentioned to her that I called and everything should’ve been set in stone. I spoke with someone over the phone. She was very irritated. But Yet had to honor that price . I have been coming here a few times back-and-forth just putting things in and out of my storage when I asked her when I first got the storage where was the restrooms located? She told me they were right next to the office which means they were further from where I had got my storage. OK, I just wanted to know where the restrooms was at so if I’m here and I needed to use the restroom I had never used the restroom facility for the month of October and so in November I came one day and I needed to pee really bad so I started walking in the direction of where she tells me the restroom were when I get there is no restroom She had lied to me about where the restrooms were located for whatever reasons so I go back up to the office and I asked her where were the restrooms were She take me to a totally different place and she was very rude and nasty and said that the restrooms were locked due to the lights being off in there, I said OK well, if it’s just the lights, can I use it? I need to pee really bad. She still said no with a very nasty attitude. I asked her to call her manager so I can speak with him because this is like my third encounter with her being very nasty and I didn’t understand why OK I came on today I overhear a customer today Telling there mom that the bathrooms were locked because of me and other people sleeping in there storage here they keep them locked. I would love for extra space storage to run their cameras for every time that I pulled up here and review them because I have never slept inside of my storage. I never slept outside of this storage. I never even proceeded to use their bathroom other than the one time I asked the young Lady who was very rude and nasty but a lie is so easy for someone to tell on you and for others to believe it to assassinate your character, but I would love for Store Space to run their cameras so the truth can be revealed to the public in hopes that Kiara would stop spreading rumors and lies on me to other customers that rent from this facility, I am not at fault because they’re locking their bathrooms and not allowing customers to use the restrooms I have never even used there restrooms and I have never slept inside of my storage unit and it’s definitely not big enough for me to do that but Store Space definitely owes me an apology for the assassination of my character and their manager Kiara spreading lies to there customers it is definitely store space right if they would like to keep the restrooms lock, but please do not lie on me to other customers all a storage place has to offer a customers is a store space and a bathroom so I’m not sure why they would not want their customers to have full access to their restrooms while the storage is open that’s not a me problem that’s a store space problem but please don’t lie on me and assassinate my character to make your customers feel good About why the restrooms are not available and as she sit behind her desk, she’s able to type to the manager, the district manager what she would like not telling him the truth but God knows I have never been rude or disrespectful to her but we all have to answer to God...

Ever since I moved my stuff to this place, it was never cleaned, but rent went almost doubled. We understood that cost on everything went up, but only if you actually have someone to manager this place.
On this Tuesday, trashes, dusts, leaves, dead bug bodies, and white fluff piled up inside the entrance gate, also all the hallways corner. Spider net covered my unit rolling shutter. I was so disappointed. Didn't even bother to take pictures, it was not something new, and I gave up. Super glad that I went back this Wednesday and once I stepped in, noticed right away that someone has cleaned this place.
First time seeing someone is actually checking around, and don't mind greeting, I asked Rosa for help with platform truck. While we were talking, I said thank god that somebody cleaned this place. Then found out that Rosa was here just to cover shift, and she just finished the cleaning. It even feels different walking on the floor because no more sticky dust. We appreciate that, like a lot. Store Space you should too.

Read moreDespite this being advertised as an indoor, climate controlled facility, many of my items ended up with a think green mold covering them. Even though I pay monthly for the insurance I was told that it was not covered.
Today I went to access some of my things. Upon entering my code into the door I received a code not recognized error message. There was no body in the office available to assist me. Multiple times, on different occasions I have tried to come to the office for help and there no one available despite being within the hours the office is listed as opened.
What am I paying for?
I tried calling both corporate and the office multiple times and just get lost in a series or recording and “unavailable team Members”.
This is the worst “customer service” I have ever received and I am highly disappointed, dissatisfied and disgusted
