Last year, we began a really rough, emotional, unexpected renovation in our new-to-us house. I was completely unprepared and had never done a remodel before. I had to really rely on any professional who could help. I am so blessed that Sarah Thomas at Torrco was one of them. My contractor spoke so highly of her, and I can see why she is often recommended.

Sarah basically held my hand through the process of building back my laundry room/half bath. In a pandemic. And largely done via email and phone, as I am immunocompromised. She’s like magic!

Sarah listens. Sarah considers. Sarah knows her products. And she pulls it all together to make sure her customers have the look they love and the quality they need. I’m so grateful. She did all the design heavy lifting, and yet the space feels like my own. Her guidance is perfection.

On a personal note, Sarah is also easy to talk to. She’s patient and validating. What else can I say? She is a gem. Torrco is lucky to have her.
