Worst experience I've ever had. Please help train the younger staff members at Taco Bell/KFC about accuracy, speed of service, customer service the situation there can be improved greatly, if not hire adults who care about the quality of their work. They really upset me, usually I'm very empathetic with service workers because I was one on and off throughout my life. My food was wrong twice in a row, not only was it incorrect it was basically whatever they could throw together and charge me $25. Absolutely none of it was what I ordered, the wait is pushing 20-30 even 40 minutes, they feel they are right, customers are wrong!, first and foremost that has to stop, when we pay our money for specific items that are missing all together and or incorrect meals, we as customers deserve Zero back talk, or condescending comments from teenagers. One girl pretends to be nice has no idea what she's doing, she's actually condescending with a friendly voice. I want to say something positive, the young man who washes dishes was in fact the ONLY professional person I encountered, he was polite, understood what the customer expects and did his best to remedy my situation, he remade the food be it none of it was what I ordered, he tried. He truly shined brightly above all the rest and I appreciate him 100% he understands what it takes to adhere to the companies philosophy. I know it's late, I know there busy but with proper training they can get through those rough times without serious issues. They considered 6 or more people understaffed, really? I've seen 2 people get through a severe rush without taking 30 minutes or making big mistakes. I as customer want what I ordered and paid for correctly as quickly as possible with zero defensive or condescending back talk. I will NOT return or recommend this location, until these serious issues are addressed. I didn't get a receipt because they claim they couldn't print them, I do however, have my app with record of my order. They must read the tickets, make wants requested exactly how it appears, recheck their work because the food was not good at all, work efficiently, and be polite if they make a mistake accept responsibility with the customer, and correct quickly make sure it so that it's absolutely correct, apologize sincerely, that's it say nothing more. The girl at the window didn't have a clue either, the blind leading the blind all the lights off in the parking lot, everything was horrible absolute...
Read moreTerrible customer service and wait time. I am vegan and understand that I have a complicated order. I ordered a beef burrito, fresco style, with potato instead of beef, added beans and got that grilled. I work on the line at a taco bell down in texas and know what the menu items are and what fresco style does. Fresco style removes dairy and high calorie products such as the SAUCES and the cheese and adds tomato. When I got my burrito back everything was correct except they forgot to remove the creamy jalapeño sauce and add tomato. I went back to the register and showed Lori, who had done a wonderful job of taking my order and got everything correct, my receipt and the burrito I had received. They went back and spoke to someone on the line only to come back and say that my burrito was fresco style. I explained that fresco style takes away the sauces and adds tomato and the person on the line came up and said it only takes away the cheese sauce. I knew they were wrong as I work on the line at taco bell myself. I brought up the fact that they had not added tomato and brought to their attention that I am also a taco bell employee. I understand how stressful rushes can be, but the employees at this location need to check their attitude. The person on the line brought back tomato in a small plastic container and said quote “I am not gonna fight with you about this”but I could still not eat the burrito since it contained sauce made from dairy. I told them and finally they remade my burrito. I am extremely unhappy with the customer service I received as a fellow taco bell employee and will be bringing this up to corporate and the franchise owner. The employees at this location are out of line with terrible customer service and it is apparent that they only see their job as another pay check. I had even come to this location the day before and they had messed up my order forgetting to grill and add potato to my burrito. I had not asked them to remake it since they were busy and I knew how remaking it could set them back even further but this time it was inexcusable. The taco bell was not very busy and the service provided was still unacceptable. I will not be ordering from this location again and I will bring this up...
Read moreIf it was an option I would give this place a 0/5 stars. The people who are hired are lazy and don’t have their customers in mind they just want to do what they want to do. My mom and I went through the drive thru at 12:20 pm today and didn’t get to the ordering speaker till 12:50. 30 minutes waiting in that line. That’s insane!! The guy who wanted to order wasn’t greeted by a worker for 15 minutes. We were all just waiting for somebody to finally realize they had customers to assist. The people that are hired clearly don’t want to be there because they take their sweet time and go at their own pace. They didn’t give me a fork with my fiesta potatoes either so I had to eat them with my hands. They clearly can’t handle simple tasks and have no experience. Wouldn’t recommend coming here, especially around lunch time. When it was finally our turn to order, I gave my order and the lady said “hold on a moment” and it was about two minutes until somebody else finally came on and asked what we’d like. Not sure what that was about. Can they not take an order? Is it that hard? Don’t give your money to these lazy people. They weren’t trained properly or probably at all. Don’t waste your time coming unless you want to spend half an hour waiting in the drive thru. By the time I got my food I wasn’t even hungry anymore. That’s how long it took. Definitely won’t be coming here again. Horrible...
