I would like to share my stay here while I’m actually here so far in the one night that I did come to go and use the pool and called the actual hotel myself and they said it was open and when I came here they said it was closed, and the guy heard me and all the sudden it was open Well then the second round here we go. I know you cannot have animals unless you ask about a convenience fee however, I was dog sitting for a few hours and ended up turning into an overnight pick up early in the morning which I dropped off because I wasn’t paying for an animal , I didn’t know it was going to charge me to help a family emergency watch a dog has it is a pet friendly hotel anyways where do I even begin the first room I was in I literally open the window and was able to retrieve water bottles from ❤️My HuSbAnD❤️, grabbing them from the trunk there was nowhere to stop the window from closing so while I have been gone the past couple days before people could have snuck right in the room from inside outside The door slams it makes you look like you can hang racks of clothes there’s about four hangers maybe three of them dangling the Hotel in the front is a big big dilemma. Let’s put it that way because it is not at all what it looks like when you come and pull up in person, the lot is raggedy definitely could use new foundation. The carpets are disgusting in the hallways. You never know what to expect you’re going to smell the next day or morning or afternoon or evening. It honestly feels like a Hotel filled with drug addicts wandering around as you’re on an important phone call purposely trying to make a point that you are not available to talk. They follow you like zombies and say excuse me and you politely have to say, can you see I am on an important phone call. I cannot speak right now and they mope away and act like they’re two years old. There’s an old lady at the front desk that had the people come in to put a wooden piece in the window so no one can break in or out of the window a wooden piece OK a wooden piece and called my room not to ask hours. Everything is that settled but to complain about the dog that I said I was dog sitting , I said I am bringing the dog back right now because I was unaware I could not watch the dog overnight so that’s exactly what I did and she said well there’s gonna be a fee $50 I saw you yesterday and I saw you today and this was at I’d say 10:30 AM didn’t even give me a minute to say I am leaving to bring her off to her house now but I am supposed to pay you $50 for a dog for tonight one night. I’m sorry and a half of a morning not even when someone can walk in through my window and steal all my belongings which I have very expensive belongings that I trust behind a door that locks. Also on top of that the pool is always being talked about and it’s not clean. It’s why I wanted to get away and get a place with a pool that was affordable and it always seems like there’s issues with the chlorine but they still keep it open worse than that. Someone hit my car in the parking lot and just decided to just act like they didn’t realize it happened. Oops oh no I have a brand new freaking car. Let’s also talk about the laundry , I did the smallest load of laundry cost me two dollars and then I went to dry. It cost me two dollars by the time I went to go get my clothes out of the dryer they were still wet and I had to pay another two dollars to re-dry them. I had to do this twice as I had to bags to wash it’s just really sad to see how breakfast set up in the pictures and what you see in person it’s just disgusting. They reuse the same food. They literally have expired milk and their yogurt is outdated. I will never ever ever stay in a place like this trashy hotel, ever again in my life especially with , the manager whom is a older white woman during the day during the week when I get a little confused because all the rest of the week housekeeping front desk, you name it any employee are all Indian and I’m not saying that in a racist...
Read moreDirty hallways, garbage bags left outside doors with rotting food in them smelling up the halls- leaks EVERYWHERE in the building. Every time it rains water is pouring in the hallways, windows, and stairways. I slipped down the stairs because there was a waterfall of water streaming down it into a pool of water at the bottom and I looked up and the ceiling is coming in with water damage. Three different places in the building have trash cans sitting in the center of the hallways to collect water from all the leaks. Another room's bathroom ceiling was caving in.
Two pipes burst because they are cheap and refuse to heat rooms and hallways in the winter. I stayed long term and saw more than enough problems. They had bags tied to the ceilings to collect the water and one pipe that burst flooded the electrical room. Breakfast is repulsive. Bagged fake eggs that aren't cooked thoroughly, always cold and smell like feet. Three separate occasions I pulled out products served for breakfast that had long expired. An employee I was friendly with got very ill from consuming one. Yogurt a month past date, coffee creamer 3 weeks past date and eggs 2 weeks past date. I took pictures of all the above.
The hotel is a mix between a soap opera and the movie "Mean Girls" The management are very catty and love to make things personal and act completely unprofessional. They do not follow state laws, tax law nor housing laws to those staying longer than 30 days long term. They bully their employees to the point of harassment especially on their days off with incessant phone calls. In the last week alone three front desk employees have quit. Two walked out on the job and will not return and one put their two week notice in. All could not stand the management and they way they are treated and the awful environment the hotel forces both long term guests and staff to endure.
The "pool" is a health code violation waiting to happen. They hire new maintenance that is not keen on pool care, not that they ever stay on top of it anyway. Me and a former staff member took pictures of the pool one afternoon. It looked like bath water that had not been drained in six months. White foam floating all on the surface- with green algae on on top of the white foam. The water murky and cloudy to where you couldn't see to the bottom and large wads and clumps of hair floating around. The gym has only 3 pieces of equipment that are broken. The treadmill is concerning because the entire base is broken and someone could get hurt and a staff member kept trying to put an "out of order" sign on it for guest's safety. The management kept removing it and yelling at them because they are too cheap to replace it so they rather risk guests getting hurt.
They treat their maids, maintenance, and front desk staff terribly. Being here for a long term stay I have heard just about every single staff member in this hotel rant and rave complaining how they were treated by the general manager and front office manager who like to gang up together on everyone and act very unprofessional. It's as if you are on a recess play ground when you're 12 years old with the catty childish antics and behavior.
The hotel cannot get their system straight and every day people are over charged or double charged for their stay. If it's deliberate in a means to loiter money I do not know. I have been overcharged plenty of times myself. Seemingly their night audit automatically takes payment when in fact the room has already been paid for by the guest. To those that catch the double charge or over charging that fight to be reimbursed how many guests have been basically stolen from and not know it?
The building is falling apart and no repairs are made that are necessary for habitable living. There are so many problems with treatment, billing, health concerns and safety, and so on at this hotel I implore you to look elsewhere to stay. If you're coming for a night fine, but watch what you eat and what you use as well as watch your credit...
Read moreThis has been the worst experience in any hotel or motel I've ever stayed in. The rooms have not been serviced for five days now. The bedding smells very sour as if hasn't been washed in months. When I first checked in, I went four days without television at all. Their excuse was blaming it on Cox Cable. I have had to use the same towels going on five days now and when I called down to the desk. The man hung up on me. The floors have the same exact juice stains that I noticed almost two weeks ago. So, it's obvious they don't pay attention to the dirty floors. The breakfast bar is a complete joke with stale bagels that more than likely get repackaged in placed back in the same container the next morning. I noticed that they obviously use bagged cereal from Walmart or a bulk store. So, they charge full rates and claim this is a top-of-the-line hotel yet serve stale bagels and bagged cereal. Sour creamer for the coffee that's empty most of the time. I mentioned the laundry being closed yesterday and low and behold it was open for use today. Coincidence I really doubt it. But to have to sleep in the in the same bedding for five days now and have to use the same towels that smell after a few days they do start to smell stale. They obviously do not care whatsoever. Again, when I called the front desk, the man just hung up on me offering me no solution to the issue at all. Social media is a wonderful thing and so is having friends as attorneys. I will be filing a complaint to the headquarters of this chain regardless if this is franchised or not. All involved will be receiving proper notification. we will be filing for a full refund from day one as well as contacting the proper authorities to have this entire establishment be inspected from room to room. Nobody here offered any assistance whatsoever except the maintenance attendant. But it's obvious he's limited to what he's able to do himself. My attorney was very happy to look into this for the refund as well as contacting the proper authorities to completely inspect this building from top to bottom. I do expect a complete refund. If they refuse, it's only going to get worse for this establishment. I never give up and my attorney friends advised me this is easy, and we will shut them down. I'd say they should be ashamed of themselves, but I really don't think it's recognizable in their vocabulary. They will soon understand though because I will not give up until I am fully refunded, and this hotel is inspected. I will not be taken advantage...
