Called up today to find out when they're offering their edible cake image again I got called nasty by a sales associate because I asked for more clarification! 1st was today next it's Easter then it was soon after Easter what's the truth? Cant you come up with a concrete time To tell your customers in case they have obligations on their party? Last year I had an edible cake ornaments and I wasn't able to pick it up because they were close suddenly for a funeral and had no one there on staff so we had to have our own party also without the cake art image which was very depressing. I'm now going to start making my own edible cake image budiness as a result since they obviously are very unreliable is if anybody's intrested...

Just ask about getting a customized edible print and ask if the resolution of the print would be good if the image is scanned from an hard copy print as was suggested by this woman, compared to providing her with an electronic copy which could be provided on a flash drive or via email. This woman was so rude she responded with arrogance: "Go get it print at CVS!" this woman attitude stinks for business. I wouldn't order...
