Brooklyn Eats — Restaurant in Easton

Been wanting to go here for a while had high hopes but those were quickly put out with the experience as well as the food. Came here place was pretty much empty accept 4 ppl. Was asked if ready to order said yes and had to wait at least another 10 minutes to do so. There is only one server doing everything. Definitely feel that the customers inside should take priority over take out orders which didn’t happen. 30 minutes later we got the food. Food was cold. Got stuff French toast didn’t have any flavor except the strawberries that should definitely have some cinnamon in it at least. Home fries also lacked flavor unfortunately. Got waffles took a bite threw it away no flavor was overcooked and cold. Eggs homefries bacon was just ok. Called 3 days in a row before this to ask questions no one answered the phone. Not sure if this was just a one off but try at your own risk there is plenty of options we won’t be back though...

The waitress was having a bad day. My wife's eggs were overcooked, by the time she got her plate her pancakes were cold and they were covered in powdered sugar, which is not specified on the menu and not what was wanted. She ended up eating just the bacon. Our friend's toast came out well after all of the food, probably forgotten as I had to ask the busboy if he could get the toast. She had 3 bites left of her meal when the toast finally did show up and she asked for a refill on her unsweetened tea and the waitress questioned it like it was unheard of to get a refill and then came back and said they had to make more. I had the Nutella banana French toast and it was delicious, I would've liked the bananas inside the French toast with the Nutella but I just stuffed it in there myself. We probably won't be back just because of this experience but my food was good, the service...

Truly a gem! The food was just delicious! Breakfast is all day and I got the french toast, and a side of sunny side up eggs and they even let me add another side of sautéed onions and mushrooms, which were seasoned and caramelized perfectly. Presentation was perfect and the french toast was just so airy and fluffy. The service was excellent, with our waitress and the owner checking in regularly to make sure we were good, Very friendly and sweet!
