Jason's is my go-to for all my computer and networking needs. They always have my back and always do a superb job, like no company I have ever experienced in the business. After installing security cameras and a new power strip, my older wireless router died, at a most inopportune time and it was very stressful. Mark took my call, was totally sympathetic and fit me into his already booked schedule that day, and he was able to come even earlier than he thought, which allowed me to keep my evening plans. He brought exactly the Nighthawk router I wanted, an upgrade from the older one I had and loved, and had it installed, configured and tested with all my other equipment and software in less than an hour. He is so incredibly professional and knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with. He made my day. His calm demeanor and can-do attitude, with the experience to back it up, calmed and reassured me. I'm so glad to have met and worked with Mark, as I have been with all of Jason's very professional and qualified techs for five years. They are a joy and make my computer problems disappear with what seems like just the snap of a finger. And for a very reasonable price. Great Customer Service I not only had a positive experience while on the phone with the owner Jason but when we arrived at his office we were greeted by several staff members along with his mother who was very friendly ...Upon learning my computer had major issues and too costly to repair, my wife and I decided to purchase a new laptop. Jason advised that he had laptops in stock and could get my information off the old laptop onto the new one within a few hours. (New laptop up and running in a matter of hours--WOW)

Short time later, Aaron arrived at our house with new laptop in hand. Aaron is a great asset to this business since he also has good customer service skills and really takes the time to make sure you understand how the computer works. He was very very patient and we did not feel rushed during his visit.

Aaron even acknowledged and briefly spoke to my 11 year son about some computer games...- - - the next thing we knew, Aaron gave my son one of his computer games. Very nice and very generous--- he really went above and beyond the call of duty during the entire visit...

Mark Turner recently responded to an urgent request to Jason’s Computer Service to restore computer-internet service to my home office based, search business – which basically had closed down our ability to access our cloud based Client and Candidate tracking system and our VOIP business phone system. We called for assistance mid-afternoon and that evening Mark responded to our home office, assessed the problem, outlined what needed to be done, took some initial action – then returned first thing the next morning to continue the repairs and service. He arranged for and secured the additional equipment and further staff installation & technical assistance. Full computer and internet service was restored to the business by mid-afternoon or within 24 hours after our call. His services went beyond just fixing the immediate problem and included other recommendations on things that needed to be done to both improve and protect internet/computer reliability for both the business and personal internet communications and needs.
