As a local resident, I would like to see your business thrive and be successful. In that spirit, here are some suggestions: I think people would be more inclined to purchase drinks if there is water and crackers and cheese provided by the store. This way, people have a chance to cleanse their palate and tey more products. The vendors also agree that providing palate cleansers and water is the responsibility of the store and makes the tasting more convivial. If you offer little snacks, you will be able to increase your sales by way of reciprocity and gratitude. Also, you should offer a paper list to each patron so they could write down what they would like to purchase as the selection could become overwhelming with each vendor. There needs to be a better presence of the shop owners so as to make connections with the in dividual patrons. People appreciate the personal touch and will be more likely to purchase at your store.
