I am definitely going to be doing business in the near future with Harsh outdoors. When I called a few weeks ago I was looking for help in getting my zero turn up and running and whom ever it was that I spoke with, they were very knowledgeable and reassuring that they would either be able to find the parts I needed or find and service my lawnmower. I had just spoke with 2 other companies prior to speaking with Harsh and was left waiting on the line for an eternity until finally they hung up the phone. The other company at least spoke with me but told me that what I should do is lose my zero turn which is about 6 years old and just buy a new one from them. The associate was half way done helping us with a license, then said he couldn’t finish and had to leave because someone else (employee? Friend?) told the associate they were running late getting somewhere. Nobody else in the store could help with printing a license and this store should not be a licensing agent for the CPW.
