It is not often that I take the time to write a recommendation for a firm that provides service to their customers. After all, that's what they are supposed to do. But every so often a business takes their customer service to a level that leaves competing businesses in their wake.

Ebensburg Music Mart is that business.

We have gone to Ron and Bob several times in the past six months asking them to respond quickly -- to come to our home -- for what most firms would not consider worthy of rapid level response. Unfailingly, each and every time, they have found a way to react quickly and professionally, even for the smallest problem. For example, our 94 year old aunt had trouble with her remote and couldn't get a picture on her television. None of us could determine what she had done or how to fix it. A quick call to Music Mart and Ron was on his way. It was a simple fix on a job that most firms would have blown off or put into a queue to take care of later. This was not the first time she had trouble like that. And not the first time Ron had come out quickly to help and fix the problem.

We have had them mount televisions on the walls of the house and then move them around and asked them to do things that most firms would not even consider. Every time we called, they provided service that far exceeded our expectations. Their motto seems to be "If you have a problem, we'll fix it".

Ron and Bob are patient, able to explain things in an easy to understand manner, always willing to go the extras mile, professional, personable and, above all, really...

Nice selection of guitars and those rare type accessories. The more I dig the cooler the stuff. I personally like things that I've not seen so much. Reasonably priced and although the guy that runs it isn't the most knowledgeable about the how to or repair of guitars he can still point you in the right direction and has always shown the will and effort in doing what is able to see that I've left there satisfied. I love this store and wish there were more like it available to shop at in the tri county area. Thanks dude and keep up...

Bob and Rob were referred to me because my Dish equipment was so old and unavailable from Dish Network. They had exactly the remotes I needed. They were making a trip near to my area and agreed to bring the remotes and meet me. After I returned home they helped me set up in only a few minutes.
