Walmart Pharmacy — Local services in Economy

NEVER using this pharmacy again! Today was the first time I used Walmart pharmacy in economy and it was an absolute nightmare crapshow! I called to have my scripts transferred from walgreens at 2pm and 3 hours later I had to call to find out what was going on because I had not received notice that they were done only to have them tell me my scripts were not there by the same woman who was supposed to have called to have them transferred hours ago. She blamed it on walgreens claiming they had yet to fax it over but when I called them they said they had faxed it to Walmart 3 hours ago so after calling back AGAIN I was told my scripts were now at walmart and put out on "rush" to be ready in 30min. I then got a text that they were ready 20min later. About 2 hours after that my husband arrives at Walmart to pick them up only to be told that one of my scripts(a blood pressure medication I take 3xdaily) they didnt even have in stock! This was 20 min before they close and now that my script had already been transferred so I couldn't even go back to walgreens to get it anymore. The staff were incredibly rude, didn't seem to care that they put us through hell and never even said "sorry" just continued to speak down to us with no regard for the circus they created. Probably one the worst pharmacy locations. No only are they ungodly slow, but their automated system sends out false notices of ready prescriptions. The message asks if you want a script filled, you say yes and receive a response that’s it’s ready for pick up. Nope- it’s not ready. In fact, Walmart pharmacy never received the script at all and now you’re waiting close to 45 mins for them to fill it. Or- you spend 6 months picking up a script, call to confirm it’s being filled, go to pick it up, for them to suddenly say it’s been filled wrong and want you to wait around even longer for them to call the dr and get it fixed? Don’t waste your valuable time here. Highly advise you go somewhere, anywhere else...

Tricia, Michelle, & Miles went above and beyond to provide us with our prescription. We came later in the day and there was a long line. I was the last customer. They served everyone before me timely & efficiently.

They were so kind, so friendly, and worked diligently to provide what I needed.

I had to update all of my information as well but they did not rush me.

This pharmacy has good people who you can tell care about us. I have noticed that since Rite aid closed they’ve gotten more busy. But the workers are going above & beyond to care for us.
