Subway — Restaurant in Economy

My wife and I are both essential workers. Looking for a last minute dinner idea due to work schedules, I placed an order on the app while right in front of the counter due to workers in the backroom, no one at the counter. It was 15 minutes until close, I heard the notification come through at the store. Two young girls came to the counter, typed something on the computer and the alert went away. I assumed my order was being started. After about 5 minutes I realized they were putting the food away. When I asked about my order, they said they didn't receive an order. I looked at my email to find they had cancelled the order so they wouldn't have to make it! Sent an email to corporate who said store management would reach out to me. Never heard another...

I absolutely love going in and getting lunch at subway while at work at walmart the food is always great made just they way I'd like without any problems and the two lady's that work there Sherri and Lynn are absolutely amazing at everything they do. Such sweethearts, I hope the company takes good care...
