Burger King — Restaurant in Economy

I visited on Tuesday around 3 o clock . The employee at the drive thru counter was repeatedly rude and dismissive to customers — speaking sharply, interrupting me as i am placing orders, and rolling their eyes when asked simple questions at the window. When I politely asked for clarification about my order she responded with an unfriendly tone and no apology. This is not the first time She has been rude to me, my kids and people in front of me. She was Yelling at me because I simply didn’t understand something. I was on the phone when i approached the window as she began yelling at me the person on the phone was just as much in shock as me. Like i said this is not the first time i’ve had this experience. That Lady needs to quit or be fired. Her actions towards customers are unacceptable. She is always in a bad mood and it just seems like she is mad you wanted to eat at this burger king

I expect basic courtesy and accurate service from frontline staff. Management should address this behavior so customers don’t have to deal with unprofessional interactions. I’m hopeful the store will improve...

As an employee, I am warning everyone, DO NOT EAT HERE. Everything about this place is bad and worse the management know what they're doing. The kitchen is not as clean as they make it seem; the broiler is old and dirty and hasn't been cleaned or changed since I've been there and before that, the floors are always dirty with grease and sesame seeds stuck in the creases, the fryer grease has never been changed since I've been there and it's never cleaned, the sewage gets backed up quite often and below poor maintenance is done for anything. The food is kept in an old dirty food heater that hasn't been changed for years, they give customers old sandwiches that were extra and far far from fresh, they dont even use enough chemicals to make sure the food dishes and containers are clean enough, they always try to price up the customers order by offering a small cookie if they order a large or trying to talk someone into buying a nasty Hershey pie, and they constantly reuse old food. Also they will never give you fresh food they'll just say they do. Please if you love your stomach ...

STAY AWAY FORM THIS BURGER KING!!!

There is a McDONALDs right down the road towards Ambridge... and an ARBYs real close going towards Freedom. You'll be MUCH better served there and with just as good, if not BETTER food.

I do like Burger King, but not this one or the one at the Beaver Valley Mall. They are rude. The drive in always plays that stupid WELCOME message trying to get you to buy an item they are featuring. I HATE THAT!!!! They do not take coupons printed even from the Burger King site online... just the printed ones you MIGHT get in the mail or the Burger King app ones. They are stingy with condiments and always seem to forget adding napkins to the bag.

But they treat you like it is YOUR privilege to be there. NO WAY BABY!

If you MUST have Burger King, go to the one in Chippewa. They are super friendly... take ALL coupons and EVEN COUPONS OF COMPETITORS!!! They are owned by a different owner and are not rude and intolerant.
