Taco Bell — Restaurant in Economy

Always I have always had amazing customer service here. Superb in fact! Plus amazing $1 huge shredded chicken quesadilla melts,cinnabon delights and Strawberry Watermellon freezes, my go to lunch lately! As for the customer service- For exp. I had a order that was made wrong (fiance doesn't do well with the cheese or anything on his tacos, so he always requests just meat) it was a busy time during the drive thru lunch hour, so we pulled off and didn't check our meal until we got home. His order was wrong, mine was right. We didn't know at the time we had to call in and go right back. Which is hard to do with a special abilities toddler! But the next day we went back as I have been having a craving for their super yummy Shredded chicken quesadilla melts and Cinnabon delights which you HAVE HAVE to try! So we pull up to the drive thru for him to make it order the next and just tell them about the mix up without even wanting or expecting them to fix it, but they did. They also have these wild strawberry watermelon freezes that have these candy watermelon seeds, that I choke on sometimes and just don't care for, that day to my actual delight,they were out and asked if we still wanted it and we said "Yes, actually that's even better" to which the lady who fixed our order very kindly from the previous day said,"sir, please let us know next time you dint want the seeds and we'll be glad to give you your freeze without!" So not only did my fiance get the 3 tacos complementary but also our freeze was upgraded to the next size! I will not only continue to keep going here but recommend this...

I don't even want to give this location one star. We ordered online, on our way there bc we were headed to a school event at a specific time. We paid. We get there. No-one is available. We waited for a few minutes. An employee came out. Didn't acknowledge any of us standing there. She just shouted, "We don't have any sour cream, lettuce or napkins." She walks away. My husband asks for our drinks while we wait. He approaches the counter 2 more times asking about our food. No-one cares. 40 minutes pass. And I finally say to the employees on the food line/drive thu, that we need to leave and need a refund for the food we never got. The manager then grabs a bag of food on the drive thru counter and says, "This is your food. No-one ever gave it to you." It had been sitting back there the entire time we waited. I tell her we no longer want it and we'd like a refund. She tells us no. We left with no food. No refunded money. And 25 minutes late to the event. I use to really enjoy coming here. For some reason, the managers and staff that I had become friends with over time have all disappeared and the staff now are like a bunch autonomous robots making your food with very little to no enthusiasm or pleasantness in their voices....not that robots typically have those things. I just miss the fun times sitting in the drive thru and talking with the drive thru person and the manager too. It use to be an experience when Jamie worked here, but now, it's just another Fast Food joint and unfortunately, Taco Bell is my favorite and this is the closest one to me. I don't know why, but the Crunchy tacos from here ALWAYS stick to the wrapper and proceed...
