I should have taken the multiple bad reviews more seriously before taking my iPhone here for a screen repair. First I'd like to say that I walked in with a functional phone, no problems using it just had a crack in the screen. The crack had been there for months actually never had a problem using the phone so I never had it fixed but I thought that I might trade it in and get more with repaired screen. The replacement screen this place used was cheap, the color of the screen was distorted, pics appeared much darker and it did not fit evenly on the phone. The owner was telling me that everything looked fine and it’s prolly the inside lighting affecting it. Ok so whatever I wasn’t gonna argue over it. After paying the additional $30 for “quick” service plus the $120 for the screen I get to my car to make a call and there is no sound, NO sound at all.( Prior to getting my phone back the owner asked me about the sound, I said sometimes it seems low to me but I have tinnitus so every thing i hear is slightly lower to me. At that time he said nothing further about it to me). What use is a phone without sound….? After paying $150 for a knock off screen and than on top of that I get back an iPhone 8 Plus that was working just fine with sound now has No sound at all. I’m assuming it was the owner that I had to deal with , all I can say is that you should not be operating a business, it’s one thing to make a mistake but to blame the customer for it and than to insinuate i purposely brought a none functional phone to have it repaired for $150 dollars and most importantly waste 3 hrs out of my day to deal with someone like yourself is brainless. Anyone reading this review please do yourself a favor and avoid this place. I rarely write reviews and didn’t want to waste my time writing this one but if there is even one customer I can save from going here it’ll be worth it. This place will break your stuff blame it on you and there is nothing you can do about it. I had no working phone when I left there and he made me still pay $25 for it. What kind of business does that lol please do not go here. Save yourself the frustration, go to uBreakiFix in Port Orange they can repair anything you need and they will do it professionally without using cheap aftermarket parts. That is where AT&T sends their local customers for repairs. Something to consider, I wish I had none before going to this place. Worst business I’ve ever dealt...

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is a complete joke. My wife brought my daughters phone in here to get a diagnostics on the touch screen not working. The guys said that it was the screen we had him fix that and the home button. We picked the phone up the phone up and worked for about a week or a couple days. So we called and told them they said they would replace the screen again. So we took it back in, picked the phone up and still the same issue. Called them they said they would look at it. When I dropped it off the guy said it's not the screen it's the mother board. So why would they fix the screen in the first place and just tell me. My wife told him we wanted a refund he didnt even want to do that. After of talking with him he agreed to give us 30 of the 80 we paid for the screen, but he said he had to take his screen off and put the old one back on. So she agreed she picked the phone up a couple days later and when she picked it up the screen is shattered. She said something to him about the screen and he said that was our old screen. The owner is a joke, he doesnt know how to diagnose phones all he does is throw parts at them and hope that it works. Do not go here. Find a better place to get your cell...

Like the previous people said if I can give zero stars I would I would recommend anybody to go to distance and drives a Daytona or Fort Orange to get their devices repaired. I walked in to repair the screen on my laptop that my son cracked. The owner told me that I have to pay for it in full before he can order it. Which is completely understandable. So I did. Also told me that it will be in the following day. Waited one week then I called he told me that he left me voicemails which never happened. Dropped it off they did repair my screen. I also bought a charger for my laptop and was supposed to be in the same time. When I dropped off my laptop they told me I didn’t buy a charger I bought a battery. Then when I asked what was the price difference they told me it was a misunderstanding. They also broke my enter key and then when I asked them why is this broken they told me so automatically you knew that the enter key was broken but I had to enter In my password to see if the screen was repaired they told me I was a liar and kick me out of the store.
