My Metro PCS WiFi box stop connecting to the Internet so I called customer support and literally stayed on the phone for two hours trying every troubleshooting trick that the phone representative knew to do until it was obvious that it was not going to work. So I got in my car and drove to our local Metro store where I purchased the WiFi box to try to get it exchanged but instead the representative that was working that day Krysti assured me that she could help me... she got on the phone with I'm guessing corporate and with in ten minutes I was walking out a very happy customer and my WiFi has worked excellent ever since... she was very efficient and had a really nice personality very good people skills... Read moreMy phone wasnt able to get text messages or phone calls so i brought it in. The girl working at the time, Kristy, looked it over and over trying everything. She was so nice. She had other customers she helped in between looking at my phone. She ended up googling the problem and it said to try turning airplane mode on for 5 seconds and turn it off. She did it twice and all my text messages for 2 days came through! I was so happy! Kristy was so helpful and I am so glad she could figure it out. My phone is my lifeline for work and family and she got me running again. Thank you...

I've had both positive AND negative experiences, depending upon who you get that helps you...this last experience was wonderful...I had a manager who was VERY helpful and had me in and out of there in minutes. She wanted to fire the young girl who I had a less than positive experience with just a couple days before.
