I describe myself as a "Cheesecake Connoisseur" and I have been chasing the perfect cheesecake for many many years now. Even the "Cheesecake Factory" was disappointing to me. As I like to patronize local businesses I finally stopped into the Pattiecakes Cheesecakery and my wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the many offered cheesecake varieties and appearances of their cheesecakes. The customer service was top-notch. The ladies were polite, gracious and personable. My wife and I cautiously selected 6 mini-cheesecakes-traditional-strawberry shortcake-mocha-brownie explosion just to play it safe, as I have been disappointed by cheesecakes in the past. My Invisalign rep bought us these cakes and I forgot to take picture of the cakes nor the name of the company. I have been' searching for months to know the name and today I happened to know their name through my staff. These are the yummiest cheesecakes I have ever eaten.
