Excellent product, horrific customer service.

I purchased the 24" PSU sign with battery-operated white LED lights back in November. After two weeks of not hearing anything, I reached out to see when the anticipated delivery date was since the website indicates things move quickly. It took several communication attempts to receive a response; I even sent emails to every address I could find on their website. Finally, I got a response and the sign arrived a week or two later.

Fast forward to this past week: our basement renovation is finished and the sign looks awesome! I then tried to use the remote that they sent with the sign -- no dice. Part of me suspects that the remote was sent in error since they typically only work with plug-in LEDs. I figure I'll reach out and see what they say. Several emails later -- no response.

It's a shame because I know some of my friends will want one of these but I can't recommend a company that doesn't bother to respond to people. So, again, really nice product but be prepared to figure stuff out on your own if...

Would love to give Addicted Furnishings a 5 star review, but the experience from a customer service perspective has been beyond terrible. We placed an order on 2/1/22 for the entire Ohio State collection. Despite dozens of phone calls, multiple texts, several emails, and two expired shipping labels, we have not been able to get anyone to answer the phone/return our calls and have yet to receive our order.
