Ok. So here’s the deal. The hoagie is priced at whatever ($10.50 or so) but everything is extra (lettuce, tomato, onion, hot peppers are each extra) so the hoagie ends up being $13 or $14. When I said it was unusual pricing, the owner got defensive and staunchly defended it (obviously she's heard this before). It was worth the price, because it was a good Italian hoagie, but it was strangely priced. So be ready for that. Then I called at 6:40 pm to get a pizza (my phone shows the time). No one answered. I drove there and walked in at 6:44 – yes, I was THAT close. As I was walking in someone was walking out with a pizza. The young woman behind the counter said they were closed (they close at 7). I told here I called to order and no one answered and she said it was because I called too late. I asked when they stopped taking orders and she said 6:45 (one minute AFTER I walked in and 5 minutes after I called). So bottom line – food is good (though I haven’t tried the pizza) but management policies are questionable. In reply to your response, I am not SUGGESTING how to run your business. I did not suggest you stop charging extra for lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. I did not suggest you take orders until you close or that you stop closing early. There's no secret to making the type of food you make, the only reason your in business is because people re too lazy to cook that bloavial, half toxic type of ingestible you call cuisine.
