I am adding to my previous review! This is for Storage King USA. My dad passed away suddenly and had 2 storage units at Storage King USA in Newtown Square. The facility is beautiful, well maintained and Tony the manager is so wonderful, kind and empathetic. He knew what a tough time it was for me to move everything out and he made this so easy. You have a true gem of a manager in Tony! If I ever need a storage unit, this will be my go-to. Secure, temperature controlled, cameras, etc. I highly recommend Storage King USA and can’t say enough great things about the facility and Tony!! Thanks so much!

My family and I looked at a few storage units in the area and Metro and Jason won out for us! There was no competition after seeing the beautiful and clean storage unit. Today I took a trip to this location to inquire about a store unit, originally I wasn’t even certain if I would find anything even accommodating to my needs but BOY OH BOY, after only a few minutes with Chris I felt more than reassured and ecstatic about what they could offer me and by the time I’d left I had already signed an agreement and had a unit secured. Chris is so patient, honest, understanding and a truly amazing person who talks you through your needs and helps you find exactly what you need to get you set up right away no questions asked. Metro Storage at Newtown Square is a great facility! It is clean, well maintained and not at all scary. Chris is the manager and does a great job of making the customer feel comfortable about leaving their belongings there. The biggest challenge to leasing storage units is trying to visualize what kind of space is needed now and in the future. Chris listened to my concerns and helped me work through those issues in a thoughtful and knowledgeable way, He was polite, friendly and easy to talk to. He answered all my questions completely.
