My experience with Brilliant Earth was the most stressful part of my wedding planning. I came into the show room late May and my experience was fine, although they didn’t have the rings I wanted to see (my mistake). So we added them to the list to bring in and scheduled me for two weeks out to come in again. I received a call the day before my appointment letting me know that not all my rings have came in and if I reschedule for Monday (3 days later) they should all be there. The gentleman assured me that if I rescheduled the rings currently there wouldn’t leave. I then received a call on Monday letting me know that I now had less rings available than I did on Thursday for my original appointment and that the only ring we were waiting on previously was actually discontinued. The call center put a request in for the store to call me (because this is the only way you can reach the actual store) the lady that called me told me that I never should have been told that they would hold the rings (Very frustrating) than she told me that she would email me when they could be here next and I received an email stating that they would be here at the earliest two weeks out I asked to schedule an appointment for that day than I did not receive a response for 5 days. So I called and tried to reach another person. I finally got a response 2 days later and was told it would now be another week and a half. I responded immediately to schedule me for 11am and did not receive a response till 2 days later that they actually were spoken for again and it will be an additional 2 weeks from that week and half…1 month from my wedding and now I’m scrambling to find something else. Read moreWe bought our custom engagement ring from Brilliant Earth Edina over a year ago and it arrived to us within 2 weeks. Engagement ring shopping was a great experience. However, I will never recommend Brilliant Earth to any body. We ordered stock wedding bands from the website and it has taken over 2.5 months with many delays, emails and phone calls. We still don’t know when we’re getting our bands and our wedding is in 2 weeks. We spoke to 3 costumer service representatives (one was kind, two were totally rude and incompetent) a few weeks ago before they finally elevated us to a manager. The manager is based out of California. He seemed good at first. He was very concerned as to why our rings weren’t ready but gave us some more answers. He kept reassuring us that he would keep us updated and in the loop as to what’s going on. In the last 1.5 weeks, we haven’t been able to get ahold of him. Go figure. My fiancé has been on the phone all day today and finally reached some salespeople who work in a Texas location. My fiancé spoke to both a salesperson and a manger there. They pulled up our file and they too are confused as to what’s going on. We have been told by multiple people from Brilliant Earth to “just go on Amazon and buy temporary rings for the wedding while you wait for your actual bands.” How absurd. NO! We bought our bands with plenty of time and we want those in our photos on our wedding day. My fiancé and I have both taken off of work multiple days to sign for these rings upon delivery (because that’s required) only to get an email saying it’s delayed. Again. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Do not shop at...
Read moreCould not have a more negative experience with a company. Ordered the ring and was told it was a two week turn around time. Was bombarded with emails immediately after placing the order, so much so that the emails started being reverted to my spam folder. Called customer service 3 times to make sure all paperwork was filed and payments were received and was assured everything was fine. Then the arrival date got pushed back a week (for no apparent reason) which was fine at first. But at the end of the third week, I called because the estimated arrival date was pushed back to a fourth week. It took 10 more customer service calls to figure out that there was another document needing to be signed that no one told me about. The ring was made and just being held. I asked to have the ring expedited to make it in time for a planned proposal vacation. I was told it would be sent express and make it on time. They then waited 4 DAYS to send it after that. Thanks for absolutely ruining a proposal Brilliant Earth.
No one knows what's going on, you can't speak to a manager. They lie and deceive you. Horrible company, please stay away and save yourself the headache. Unbelievably...
