Update!!!I Changing this review to a 4 star! Management was very responsive to the issues mentioned below and chatted directly with me to problem solve how to make things better! They really care! I normally love Crisp & Green and have been a loyal customer. However, in the past few months the Edina location has gone downhill with the order pickup. Last month I picked up my order, and I got home to realize the No Prob Cobb did not have any proteins on it and was missing several ingredients. I called and talked to a manager who said they would credit me for the salad, and I never got the credit and can't get a hold of someone to get it sorted out. I still have not received a credit. Recently I had an order for pickup scheduled for 6:15PM, and it was not ready until after 6:40PM. With no apology, they handed me my order. Then I went to check my order, and the Chef Curry salad I ordered was missing 3 ingredients again- basically all the toppings. I asked to speak to a manager, and she was there. She blamed the poor service on "having lots of new people" and told me I will need to be checking my salad to make sure it has all the ingredients- not sure how this is possible when toppings are mixed in and often hidden. Tasty smoothies, clean environment, but unfortunately the service was unacceptable. This location was not busy when I visited this past Wednesday evening around 7:30pm. The girls working did not seem to notice me or my friends. I ordered once by myself when I arrived, and about 15 minutes later for my friend. Each time, we waited longer than we should have to be noticed. My order (one smoothie) took a long time to be completed, and when it was complete and as the girl was pouring it, I could still visibly see whole pieces of spinach from about 20 feet away. I'm not sure how she couldn't have noticed. My second time ordering for my friend they forgot to make our smoothie! My friend ordered two things: a rice crispy bar and a smoothie. We stood waiting at the counter for at least 5 minutes looking around to see if something was happening... while employees sipped their own smoothies. They didn't acknowledge us until we finally asked if that smoothie was still coming. When we did ask, the two girls blamed each other for the mistake! Overall, the girls seemed like maybe they were tired after a long day and eager to be done with their shift. Overall, the service was unacceptable. Perhaps just a matter of insufficient training. Read moreWe decided to get Crisp and Green for dinner the other night, and it was a mistake. I ordered the food online and it was scheduled to be ready for pick up at 5:50. I even called to make sure they got my order, which they said they did and it would be ready at 5:50. I got there at 5:52, and my food was not ready yet. No big deal. But then I waited, and waited, and waited some more. I was hardly acknowledged, and people who came in after me for pick up orders left far before me. They asked me my name a couple of different times, to which I became hopeful that our food would be ready soon, but then they never worked on it. I even went and stood by the counter at one point to try and get someone's attention, but was not acknowledged. I finally got my food at 6:30. They told me that they were having a system error, and I totally get that. Technology is technology, it's going to glitch every now and again. But they did not handle it well and did not prioritize the orders well at all.
