So I am building a bubble tea shop and was about 9 months behind schedule came out to Bossen in person academy worried about making drinks learning how to do everything. Scott and tony were there to help me through. Scott taught the class showed me how to make everything I want in my store and a couple other things that I will now add but had not considered. Tony was shadowing the class and helped me with ordering when I said ooh I want that he would jot it down so when class was done I had a list of everything that I wanted to purchase. Love their Syrups! We tried different suppliers. BOSSEN is by far has the best fruity taste for its syrup. We are glad to find them really close to us too! We need to order through email, but they responded quick! and the pick up process is at ease! You just need to make sure you go to the back, not to the front door.
