Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I recently ordered a couch that arrived with two large slashes cut into the back panel of the couch. After the guys took the couch inside, they told me that they have someone come fix this. I was wary about someone coming to fix it, not knowing if it would be done correctly and wondered if the person didn't do a good job, what the next steps would be and they said that it would be to the discretion of the person who fixed it. I asked if I could have some kind of discount for receiving a damaged product. They told me they would give it to me for a lousy 10% off and not have it fixed. I asked then if I could have a replacement couch and they said yes. The guys who brought the couch inside gave me a hard time, when they should have asked if we still wanted it when they took the plastic off of the couch outside before they even brought it in. They were having problems with their computers so someone from Ashley called me later that night to tell me that there was no couch in stock and someone would get back to me.
A week later I got a call that the couch is in and I had set up a new delivery date. The person on the phone said that someone would call me the day before to confirm and to give me a delivery window. The day before the scheduled delivery, I did not receive a phone call so I decided to call them instead and find out what was going on. They said that their system had a glitch and I wasn't scheduled for delivery, so someone would call me the following day to reschedule a delivery. At this point, I don't even want the couch anymore. It's 3 days before Christmas and my guests won't have a couch to sit on. I told the girl I'd like to cancel and she said that I would be refunded but still charged delivery. I fought this since I hadn't received anything and the first couch I received was damaged. After putting me on hold and talking to someone else she said I could be refunded the full amount.

We walked into the store and the very first person that approached was Jennifer. She was dressed professionally, spoke softly and was very proactive. I am a non-nonsense type a person while I do any type of business and I expect my questions answered truthfully. She appreciated that and that I was very specific. Jennifer took the time to answer all my questions with patience and kindness.
In the end, the price was right, the warranty was perfect, so went came back to be store two days later only after looking at other near by furniture stores. Nothing compared to Ashley prices or their selection.
We returned back to the store and Jennifer once again explained the entire process to us without a glitch. In addition, Jennifer stayed in communications with me via text and even email me the entire time with an GPS link of the times and location of th delivery truck until the item arrived.
The delivery was prompt, the delivery personnel were very professional, thorough, and they both explained to me how the item operated. Before the delivery personnel even left my home. They removed all the garbage and then I was asked to speak to an Ashley Furniture representative. The representative asked about my experience with the sale, price, delivery and also provided me with a number in the event we had an Issue with the item. That I found to be a new type of approach that I have never seen in a furniture company or ANY company I have dealt with for over 40 years.
Therefore, I am completely satisfied with the methods that Ashley Furniture utilizes and its profound services. I will from now shop for my furniture needs at Ashley Furniture as my preferences. I am very impressed by their service, representatives delivery and Customer Service. I give Ashley Furniture five stars, and if I could, I would give them a 10. Top notch.

The sales rep Rocky was amazing and patient, taking his time to show us the options available, and was honest. He informed us of the furniture we were interested in and even the best method of cleaning. Rocky also was transparent, showing us the cost and the monthly option of financing. Pleasant experience placing our order with Rocky.
Delivery went well. From the 1st call to completion. The crew did a great job. I will be using the word they to represent each member and collectively. They were courteous and after inspection of the room, they asked where the items were to be placed and placed the furniture in the location request.
They assembled the items in an efficient manner: assembled the furniture well and were timely including testing the items. They collected all the boxes that the items came in and discarded.
Also, the crew called Ashley to place me with the Ashley rep, who, also was amazing, where he asked if all is working and furniture placed in the area requested, making sure all is well.
From the sales representative to the delivery crew to the representative calling via phone the whole crew was amazing. The delivery crew had good customer service and quality in moving and assembling of the furniture. The sales rep, Rocky did a great job, especially by being patient, honest, transparent, and pleasant in the sales process. Kudos to the rep from Ashley store who called to check that items were delivered in the proper manner.
Highly recommend Ashley for anyone looking for furniture.
