I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. Over the past several years, service has become increasingly disappointing. Technicians often arrive much later than scheduled, and rarely is the problem fixed on the first visit. Instead, multiple visits are required, each costing hundreds of dollars, only for the same issue to reappear months later.
I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years, but unfortunately, I’ve seen the level of skill and service decline while my costs have continued to rise.
