We purchased a house with an AcquaSky system installed and completely unfamiliar with the system. Looking up the model on their site was simple and love that they confirm that you are ordering the right replacement filters based on pics you send. Ordering was just the first step. Installing was a whole other task. I have to say that the customer service was amazing. Someone actually answers their customer service line! A real, live person! And they were very patient and super helpful. Staying on the line to go through instructions and even texting back and forth when I encountered a problem. My order was shipped quickly and was well packaged. I give 4 stars instead of 5 because the parts are a bit more expensive than what can be found elsewhere, although it was nice that the prices include shipping, handling and tax.
