They have great prices and the produce is usually very good. Their sales can’t be beat and when they put out the discount baskets you get great deals especially if you are willing to dig through the basket. The cheese area has a great selection and the ladies that work there are great. The deli counter is great as well. They also have a magazine, card, and floral section. The downside to this place is half of the workers there could give a rip about the customer but the other half are as good as it gets. Can’t explain it. Because of their buying patterns it is not unusual that products are no longer available there when they sellout.

I shop at Crest in Edmond pretty often. I really like their meat and fruit sales — good quality and fair prices. But I had a frustrating experience once where I got my cart ready, parked it in the corner to quickly use the restroom, and when I came back, someone had taken my cart. I had to start my shopping all over again, which was honestly a waste of time. Also, I wish they had weekly ads available online. It would make it so much easier to plan ahead, instead of having to come to the store just to see what’s on sale. It’s an okay place overall, but a few small changes could really improve the experience.

Crest is an Oklahoma institution and it remains my go-to grocery store! The selection and prices are fantastic, and they keep them that way by implementing a decades old business model that still hasn’t gone out of style! Their service is also spot on. I love that they go the extra mile to offer help when you need it! In case this is still a secret, they also have some of the best sushi if you’re in a seafood mood! Stop by their sushi bar to pick up a tray or two next time you’re here! (Just leave some for me! That’s all I ask!)

I am honestly so disappointed by my experience at this crest. Me and my friends don’t look like the typical shoppers as we all have dyed hair and piercings, as well as my two friends being an atypical looking couple, being two non-binary people, and as soon as we walked in all eyes were on us like we had already done something wrong. We had brought our own bag because we disagree with plastic bags so we had put a couple things in our bag and were about to be on our way out to checkout. On the way to check out we were looking for little blind bags past the checkout, like at target because we didn’t know crest didn’t have any, and were stopped on our way to the checkout, as they thought we were stealing. (Which is understandable and this isn’t the issue) One man proceeded to take my friend to the back to check their bag, which again is understandable, but here is my issue. My friend starts explaining that we brought our own bag, and were just about to head to checkout. He began to tell us that we were lying and that we already walked past the checkout area. My friends and i both tried to tell them what we were doing with our reusable grocery bag— they refused to listen. He began cussing us out shortly after. the second man involved pulled me and my friend to the side and said “you either fk with us, or fk with the cops” to which we said we understand to not cause more of an issue that was already occurring. We talked to him about our side of the story and he seemed to be way more understanding. We tried to explain again to the original man to which he started cussing us out again and telling us not to “give him that bullst” over and over again. At the end we were banned from the store completely. Our purchase was $5 — a box of cereal and a note pad.Why he felt the need to tell us we were bullsh*ing him when we were telling the truth is atrocious. Not to mention the continuous cursing and rude comments. Crest disgusts me, and this felt extremely targeted. Extremely...

I was at self check out with 4 items left to check out when I was told by Brock that I could not check out due to his assumption that I had more than 25 items. I have zero issues with rules however when you're enforcing said rules based on your inaccurate counting of items AND you decide to enforce the "rule" when I'm literally at the end of my checking out -- that's your odd attempt at flexing your "power" (and unnecessarily so). When you do illogical things like Brock it comes across as discriminatory and profiling. Instead of suspending a transaction to wait in line when I again literally had four items left, I decided against patronizing this business. Brock --who is obviously as bright as a oil -- decided to be petty and screamed as I left.

There was a young girl at the front who then advise me that she could not give me the name of the GM and advised I would need to get that information from Brock the same rude man who initiated a confrontation with me over his simpleton assumption and/or lack of being able to count. I don't blame children for their lack of sense as it's often not their fault at that young age and it's likely due to her parents or guardians not instilling logic or good sense so I'll refrain from talking poorly about the young lady. It's easy to see why her suggestion was unwise.

I tried calling to get the name of the General Manager and some lady with a heavy scent told me it would be on my receipt before hanging up the phone in my face. I would love to identify her other than how she speaks however she hung up in my face so I have no clue who she was other than her heavy accent. I called back and got a horrible attitude from overseer Rhonda before finally speaking with "Tim" who more or less pacified me to get me off the phone. After 15+ years of shopping this location (I even worked there as a teenager)... this was a horrible experience. I will be sure to tell everyone I know about how much of a hell-hole this...

They are open 24 hours and have several items I buy sometimes that Walmart doesn't have. I've had issues for awhile with cashiers being rude to me at late and really early morning hours when not much management is there. I got stopped at a self checkout when 3 were open and 1 was still open when a manager came over and I was moved by a supposed manager for over 25 items when I already checked out at least 3 bags and a huge toilet paper package already when I probably only had 10 items over the limit. I told the manager that I went there because I don't like dealing with rude cashiers. She had the audacity to tell me she didn't have any rude cashiers. That's not true so it's slander. The self checkout people are lazy usually so you can't keep scanning stuff because there's not enough room like at Walmart and they have to approve it every time you move a bag anywhere but they usually don't do it unless you get their attention! If you come about 8:45pm they are already putting carts in front of the doors on one side so you can't get out the door you parked at in the parking lot if you pick the wrong side and they change sides so you don't know. They aren't supposed to do it until 9pm but they do it earlier. I got fed up with no matter what time I go there there's always someone parking next to me on both sides when I get out and some stupid person walking right behind my bumper when I try to back out. Last 2 times I went to crest I went to the new one on covell instead even though it's further awa and I don't plan on shopping at either one as much after this nonsense with moving me from the self checkout bullcrap. If you come after a certain time they only have 2 cashiers and no self checkout registers open and one of them usually makes the other one sack for them without turning off the light on lane for the one sacking and the one ringing up stuff is rude about it. They have to turn their light off if they refuse to ring anyone up...
