I'm in town helping with the new Costco and while I was having my nails done at DC Nails, I asked the technician where she is from. She said, "Vietnam." I mentioned I have seen food shows situated in Vietnam yet never tried it, always going to Chinese restaurants. She suggested I try Pho at a place down the street called Pho Bistro. She usually orders the #1. I called and placed a regular order for pick up to take to hotel and was there in 2 minutes. The restaurant is quaint and the owners are very friendly...warm greeting. They packed up Pho and explained how to put it together once I get to my destination. The broth is packaged separately from the sauce, bean sprouts, rice noodles, fresh mint, fresh cilantro, lime wedges, and your choice of meat ( I chose the most popular-flank steak and uncooked steak). For under $9, I got enough to have two meals. The broth is rich in flavor and you add ingredients to your liking. I asked for no onion. Fresh, delicious, and healthy! I must admit that I was hungry after a couple of hours and ate popcorn but this place is worth a try! It's homemade food and you know what they say about hole...

I started with my free egg roll cause it was the grand opening. It was goooood. So i ordered a plate of 3 of em while I waited. They were so good i decided to also get the dumplings. Steamed or Fried..: steamed please. Nom Nom like a cookie monster. My goodnesssss.... then came my beef and brisket pho. So delicious aond ahe brought out heat as i used the siracha sauce saying this is wayyyy hotter if u like. I teied it and it was FIREEE. Then after I almost finished the soup i gobbled up some more of my order of combo fried rice. By this time i was so full i was gonna explode. But since Dot Wo Garden closed on may ave. This place is the best place in town hands down. Wow! Took the leftover rice... THE PICTURE I POSTED OF MY LEFTOVER RICE HERE. YEAH AND THAT WAS THE LEFTOVERS ITS SOOOOOO WONDERFUL. If I dodnt live in Yukon, OK id go again soon but this is def a once a week place for me at the moment. At least! 💞 Thanks to all the people up there. I almost forgot the freaking thai tea .... ah ha ha well it was all so good it goes without mentioning the tea. Cause u already know..... man i needa...

If I could give this place zero stars I would. When we first arrived at this restaurant we had high expectations because of the reviews online, I will be the first to say, DO NOT EVER EAT HERE! My husband and I both ordered the P2 which is just your basic pho with rare steak which we eat all the time (from other restaurants.) When we got our food, the smell it gave off turned my stomach, but that wasn’t the worst part. I added my veggies and tasted my broth and instantly felt nauseous. The broth tasted fishy and spoiled. I thought it was just mine but my husband said the same thing. I tried the noodles and everything instantly tasted spoiled. Needless to say, I ate 1 bite and that was it. As I went to pay for my food, I was able to see inside the kitchen and noticed how filthy it was. Someone needs to call the health inspector on this place soon. Not to mention the waitresses were absolutely awful from their service, to the attire, and the fact that they don’t know simple math at the register. Head my warning, DO...

We usually frequent a particularly popular pho restaurant in OKC Asian district, but we were visiting Edmond and decided to try this place. It’s a cozy little restaurant, no flair to it, just a simple atmosphere. The waitress and the owners were all very nice. We ordered spring rolls, and they were good and fresh. My husband got a P1 and I got a P9, and our order came out in a timely manner, and the soups were steaming hot, which I appreciated. Decent sized portion of meats, and a giant portion of noodles in each bowl. The broth was a little bit on the sweeter side (not actually sweet, but sweeter than what we’re used to), but very rich and delicious. We also got a couple of bubble teas with tapioca. Other than the fact that there was probably a little too much ice in our drinks, we enjoyed them. The tapioca has the right texture and flavor. We will be going back in the future.

I had the B1. bun thit nuong and steamed chicken dumplings. I walked into the restaurant around 6 PM and was helped immediately. The team was very pleasant and quite helpful. The restaurant was about half full with a pretty light ambient noise level so conversation and talking would be very easy to do. Everything was clean and easy to move about. It took around 15 to 20 minutes to get my food and I would have rather ordered a head of time but it was definitely worth the wait. It was very difficult driving home because of how good the food smelled. The chicken dumpling were quite good and the bun thit nuong was absolutely delicious. If you're not familiar with bun thit nuong, just be aware that the vermicelli noodles come cold. This makes it absolutely perfect for a warm day. Definitely will be back and definitely can't wait to taste the rest of the menu.

My husband & I recently moved back to the Edmond area. I was in the mood for Pho Ga tonight and did a quick Google search for a place close to us. Quickly we decided to give Pho Bistro a try. And I'm so glad we did!! We've had pho ga from many different areas (Norman to Guthrie). This was BY FAR THE BEST flavor wise and was ready for pick up SUPER FAST - 15-20 minutes give or take. We ordered the Lg. size and added extra chicken for a couple dollars more. I also purchased (A5) Crab Rangoon & (A4) Potstickers (steamed). Both outstanding! My favorite of the 2 was the Potstickers with their amazing savory flavor while my husband thought the Crab Rangoon was super creamy. Enough food for approx 2-3 meals. We will definitely be repeat customers!
