Update: I was contacted by the general manager about the issue and he refunded my money and offered a brief explanation of the cause of the food contamination. He promised they would strive to do better next time. I appreciate the effort on his part and for maintaining excellent customer service standards. As a result I am going to change my original 1 star review to a 5 star review based on the customer service experience. I will give this place another chance in the future, but I definitely won't be ordering anything with pine apple in it any time soon. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Staff was unprofessional and rude. Pure disappointment!! We were so excited to try this out!! Pulled up to the drive thru and the lady was RUUUUUUUDE!! We ended up ordering 4 combos - SPENT $50!!!!! That is absolutely ridiculous- especially with the service being that bad. We waited a long time for our food to come out, lady still rude basically threw our food at us, closed the window and we were like uhhh? We gonna get our drinks? What do we do? Drive off to go inside or continue to wait? We waited another 5 minutes - she handed us the drinks and literally she tried to close that window before I could ask for cheese sauce and glaze. She reluctantly gave us 1 each even tho we ordered 4!!

I just had a horrible experience at this place, which is sad because they used to have great service. I asked the person working if they had any pasteurized juices at all to which he replied, "I have no idea what that is". I explained to him what it meant because my wife is pregnant and can only have pasteurized juice and the only response was him laughing and saying "okay". I ordered myself a smoothie and the other guy making it took the paper completely off the straw and put his hands all over it, and wouldn't look me in the eye or face at all when he was handing it to me, and was just smirking and laughing. Pretty sure they spit in it or something, but I didn't feel comfortable drinking it and threw it away as soon as I left. Absolutely...
