The facility is great and the workout area is large. I usually go around 5am, and there are only like a couple of other guests there, so I'm definitely able to get more done here in a faster amount of time. I also, like that they separate the cardio machines and the track from the weights. It helps mitigate foot traffic tremendously. I would give it 5 stars, but there is only like one or two friendly staff members there. The rest of them either don't greet you or speak to you. Also, parking is a problem as the wellness center seems to share a parking lot with the neighboring apartment complex. This means that, even if I get there right when they open, I'm usually forced to park on the other side of the building due to the apartment residents taking up all of the spots in the front. The majority of employees seem to have no idea what they are doing and are entirely unhelpful. Nine times out of ten the majority of paper towels are out and are not replaced unless someone directly tells them they are out.
