Kameron is one of the most sparkling diamonds 💎 in the store. He provided us w/ old school class & service. On one of our visits he informed me of a specific designer show that was coming. I explained to him some examples of pieces that I had been looking for that were discontinued. He communicated w/ the host & picked some pieces out for them to bring that day. He nailed it. My daughter had been looking for specific colors & pieces for her wedding set & the groom’s and again he listened & nailed. Again w/ my husband’s purchase. This store has a beautiful selection in stock as well. I will hands down go to Kameron & this store in the future & recommend to anyone I know. The nice lady (Brenna) who greeted me was very attentive! I was looking for a nice bracelet. While she was helping me, I told her that I had previously purchased a promise ring back in September 2023. I said that I had forgotten who the kind woman was that helped me before. Lo and behold I was speaking to the same cordial lady who had assisted me in my first Kay Jewelers experience. She replied that she remembered me from a whole year ago! Hearing that as a customer gave me joy. I felt as if I was genuinely valued in this establishment. Unsurprisingly once again Brenna did another wonderful job of helping me find a perfect piece for my girlfriend. Overall, my experience was a 10/10. Where do I start?? I had such a great experience at Kay’s with Taylor. My wedding ring is from Zales but the one here closed down …I heard that Kay’s did check ups on them. I took it in and she helped me without hesitation. She went above and beyond what I even imagined! She cleaned my ring and when she inspected it she noticed that my soldering was off ( I’ve been married 10 years and no one has mentioned it before) she helped me get my ring sent off cleaned polished and fixed. She did not have to do any of that. She could have easily cleaned my ring and sent me on my way especially since I didn’t even buy the ring there. What a great experience I had there and will definitely recommend them to anyone! My ring looks better than it ever has! We will be doing our jewelry purchases from there...
