Went in on a Sunday to have my phone looked at and discovered that my charging port was broken. I decided on just getting a new phone. Kara and Jordan were both so great at answering all my questions to help me decide what was best. I decided on getting the new iPhone XR but unfortunately they did not have the color i wanted in stock that day but Kara was able to track one down for me and was able to get it in a couple days. I did spend a decent amount of time in there taking in to consideration the time it takes to back up everything on my phone but overall it was an inviting atmosphere so I did not mind at all! The sales rep was very knowledgeable about the products we discussed, as well as informative of new products that I did not know about. I decided to upgrade my phone. I needed to be somewhere and he told me to be back by 5:00 that night and he would help me get a new phone transferred.
