Wow this has to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had, owner is a liar and doesn’t even have the nerve to acknowledge he spoke to me. Bought a 20 inch electric range and picked up, installed and broiler didn’t work, took out and reinstalled old unit, spoke to owner who told me return and he would refund, drove over to store was closed, and owner kept hanging up phone on me, I then waited and returned when store was open, and was told by Christina who has same personality as owner, that I was never told they would refund and that they would honor 3 month warranty, however told her no I wanted my promised refund, she then called next day and told me to pick it up, but wasn’t repaired. So as of today they have my money and stove and won’t answer phones, so not recommending this place and warning people stay away far away from them, avoid them...

I needed a dryer so I went to them and purchased one. I don’t know too much about appliances but I ASSUMED it came with the cord it needed. After purchasing it, getting it home by delivery. No cord. I went back to them and inquired about it. I was told to go to Home Depot and purchase one at an extra cost. Can’t return it cause it’s as is… shop with caution and check...

I understand that with this pandemic, businesses are altering there hours but if you’ve altered your hours to Monday thru Friday from 1-6pm you best be opened for business and not making me sit in my vehicle for an extra hour to see if your just running late and instead you just decide not to open. Not a way to do/run...
