I don’t typically leave reviews. But I hurt my back pretty badly and I was recommended this chiropractor. And at first they were extremely nice and friendly. And definitely helped me to understand why I hurt my back. But after a few visits I decided I wasn’t going to do the long term program because I felt like I wasn’t being listened to. The moment I said I wasn’t going to do the program and that I would come in twice a week instead I felt that the care changes. I asked Dr Rand if there was anything more I could be doing to help support my back while he did his magic, and he said I just need adjustments.. And then off to the next patient. I felt very unheard. I understand that maybe that is the only thing I need to do to get better. But maybe stretches or work outs that’s he could recommend based off my health. But I felt like he didn’t have the time to explain to me other things I could be doing to help. I really wanted to love going, but after that experience I felt like I was just a “number” going back. If you are looking for a great, friendly, and chiropractor that actually makes a difference look no further. I came in due to a lower back inury and after having my xrays evaluated Dr. Rand saw and knew what was hurting, which I felt that nobody knew how much I was hurting. It's been now over 1 month and work in progress for me, but I never expected to "need" to go to Dr. Rands ofc, but I do because everytime I go i feel BETTER💖. In a nut shell this is hands down the best chiropractor I have ever been to, his best trick is the towel trick which made a world of difference to my body and back. I felt that my spine decompressed sooooooooooo much pressure and overall was shocked with the amount of pressure it relieves every time. Again, look no further! Dr. Rand is the best! I'd been suffering from severe neck pain for over a year. I went to an orthopedist. After, X-rays,a few visits and finally an MRI, I was told it was most likely arthritis and there was nothing that could be done to fix it, except for a cortisone shot. I didn't want the cortisone shot, but I felt there was no other option. I called to schedule the shot. I was told that a scheduler would be calling me to set it up. A couple of days passed. As I was scrolling through my Instagram, I saw a post for Rand Family Chiropractic. Even though I had already tried chiropractic care for my neck, I decided to give it another shot. That was a couple of months ago. Today was my last day of treatment. My neck feels so much better, and without any cortisone. Dr. Rand is very gentle but the adjustments are very effective. It's not like my previous experience with chiropractic care where everyone got the same adjustments. I look forward to continuing with my monthly maintenance plan. Definitely...
