I ordered online eight days ago on the 10th of June. Right away I noticed that I was being charged twice. I noticed it was pending so I waited until it went through all the way. So I was charged twice: once for the 11th of June, and another for the 12th of June. I had my fiance call US Pizza, and they told her that we would need to bring in more information. So I stopped in after work, and the owner tells me that he would call the company that takes care of the online ordering later tonight. He tells me that it takes too long to call them, and he has things to do. I missed his call back later that night, and he leaves me a message saying that the company says they didn't charge me twice. So I go in on my day off to show him a print out of my checking account. We looked over it and he acknowledged that I was charged twice. He tells me that he will call me later because he is too busy, and calling the company takes too long. I tell him heck no, because I've come in twice and it's been eight days and I want to take care of it now. He continues to tell me that I will have to wait until tonight. So we argue for 30 minutes, and I tell him if he doesn't help me now that I will sue him in small claims court, and he will have to pay for the court fees, interest, and gas. He knew I was serious at that point, and finally began to slowly say he would call them now. I gave him an ultimatum that he had five minutes to call the company, or I'll see him in court. He began to tell me that I wasn't perfect, and that stuff like this happens. He also admitted that just a week prior a lady was double charged. He blamed it on her clicking the button twice, and said I probably did the same thing. Finally he gets on the phone, and it takes two minutes for him to get a hold of the company, and he gives me my 16 dollars. I will warn everyone not to do business with this company. He was laughing at me most of the time when I was talking to him, and laughed when I told him he'd be mad to if he got double charged, and nothing was done. He also told me that online reviews meen nothing because people lie. The problem is that I have a copy of me being double charged, and I'm not lying. Also previously when my fiance went to pick up our order the girl at the counter gave her a dirty look for not tipping. Why do we deserve a dirty look after we used our gas to come pick up...
Read moreCame to us pizza with my bf on 2/27/23. We decided to stop here because we were craving pizza and wanted to try something new. They had us at personal pizza. Most places only offer the larger sizes. This was at night around 8:30p. I read the reviews and we didnt have much of a high expectation. We pulled up to an empty plaza but by no means is this a sit down resturant. Its basically a spot for pickup only with a few chairs to sit while you wait. Not sure what the other reviews mean by poor service. We went inside and were greeted by a young girl who was very nice. She took our order promptly and told us the wait would be about 25 mins. Food seems to be prepared by order and fresh. We ordered 2 personal pizzas each with 3 toppings, wings and a drink for $13.99. We opted to wait in the car. Food came out exactly at the time we were given. It was hot when we recieved it. We drove it home (15 mins) and it was still hot. We started ro dig in and boy were we shocked. This tastes better than we expected. The pizza was fluffy, airy, soft and the cheese was perfectly melted. We ate 1 wing and we agree with the previous comments of them being better than bdubs! The wings are saucy and huge with alot of meat. Definetly got a bang for our buck! If anyone says they want more for their money they are just being fat and greedy.😊 we paid in total $31 and it was worth it. I give this place a 10/10 and would order...

With both orders I had around $135 held in pending on my credit card until it got straightened out. I told them, mistakes happen I’ll come back and I did... Tonight I ordered a delivery and got the wrong order. Wrong pizza toppings including jalapeños so it was super spicy. Ordered BBQ wings and got super super spicy ones. Oddly enough this happened tonight after a bad experience at another place so by the time I waited 90 mins (which I get there was a play off game) I just ate what I got. If you make people wait for the food you need to make sure it’s correct and good CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LET THE DELIVERY DRIVER GO! It’s very frustrating to spend money and not get what you paid for. You place an order you pay IN ADVANCE which implies trust... then you get the wrong food, it’s 9:45 at night what can you do?
