About a month ago we ordered late night pizza delivery from the El Mirage Little Caesars. We ordered off the App, we normally give a cash tip instead of adding it to the credit card. We had no idea that Little Caesars uses Door Dash to do their deliveries. Apparently the delivery driver assumed we would stiff him so he took it upon himself to open up both of our pizza boxes and add what looked like pubic hair to each pizza. Upon the delivery I immediately contacted a manager at Little Caesars and he gave me a complaint hotline. My husband called the Door Dash hotline and they claimed to honor a refund, they sent a confirmation email showing a pending refund. 10 business days later still no refund, my husband followed up with the door dash hotline and they sent another "pending refund" email to confirm. This has gone on for over a month. I ended up contacting the Little Caesars location manager and explaining how ridiculous this all is. They basically said too bad. At this point I'm contacting the Health Department and I want to press charges for food tampering. Read moreThe first complaint would be that their pizzas and breadsticks are made terribly. Ive receieved paper thin pizza and the most hideous looking breadsticks I've seen in my life. Ive gotten ones that are hollow on the inside too. Ive receieved pizzas that were halfway cut through, ones that were cut into 5 or 6 pieces , horrible presentation.The last time I ordered from here I was very unhappy because I came to pickup my online order and they told me they were out of favorite dipping sauce. They wouldnt refund me or give me something else besides a dipping sauce. It is the only I actually will eat.
The most important complaint I have with this store is how they conduct business during this pandemic. They have signs posted that a mask is required, however , for months now, I've seen customers walking in without a mask on, walking around the tiny lobby near other people as well as around me. The staff doesn't say a thing, doesnt enforce the mask policy, Ive seen the staff completely disregard wearing a mask in the back completely. I have also seen the staff wear their masks halfway on their face which will do no good for anyone.

Its a good "I dont have time or too tired to cook tonight so gonna grab sone za" I'll be honest its a hit and miss with the quality. Our go to is the extra most bestest and sometimes is cheesy awesomeness and other times it is definitely to the mostest nor the bestest. If I had one major gripe of this particular location, I would say that they need to learn how to cut a pizza. The last 4 times (yeah I know...I really need to make time to make a proper meal) the last few times, I have had to recut every slice on the pizza because their method of cutting is using the backside of the tool maybe to make an impression. Maybe its just a guide so me as a consumer can take over the rest of the way.
