If you thought "honest" and "discount appliances" didn't go together, think again! I went into this store to look for a new gas dryer...mine had gone out...and there were many good-priced appliances available, but nothing that matched my set. I then asked if a technician could come take a look at my appliance and see if it was fixable. This was not a problem at all. I was told I'd be charged a $35 service fee (applied to the cost of repair) and that someone could come out the very next morning. Any other appliance shop charges a minimum of $99 for the same service. The very next morning, as promised, I got a phone call advising me the tech, Juan, was on the way. Juan came to the house, looked at the dryer, and knew within minutes what the problem was. He works with these appliances so frequently that we knows the top most common issues with each make and model. He not only nailed the problem, but had the part to fix it right on hand! Labor, parts, and a warranty was $120 out the door. Juan and his wife Maria are the nicest and most respectful people I have ever met at an appliance store. So happy to find this service. I have tried appliance repair services online before and am always disappointed. Never trusted them and they always wanted $100's to even diagnose. My dryer was making this excruciating loud sound when it was on it was so annoying not knowing any one to look at it, I decided to trust the internet I went through a few companies and read the reviews and it’s not easy calling someone you don’t know and they have to come to your home to fix the Dryer.
