I'm always a smidge skeptical of getting things fixed but hey, I'd bought the LG soundbar for $60 and I thought If it's possible to get the sub running again I've hit the lottery with a $700 sound system. I contacted Quyen via txt and not only was he super responsive, he was knowledgeable and kind. There are few people in this world that do good deeds for a small fee and I feel like this guy is one of those special people. My PCB board came back well packed and the sub is now connected and pumping some sweet bass.
