I had these guys build me a custom gaming desktop. From start to finish they did an excellent job from being polite every time I called up until the day I actually sat down and worked out what parts we would use. Thomas helped me pick my parts out for my build after asking me a few simple questions about how Id use it and my budget. He didn't try to oversell me and actually talked me down to cheaper parts so I got great performance across the board as opposed to 1 great part and subpar in other areas. Gotta appreciate a sales shop where they don't try to shove the most expensive things at you constantly. Thomas was incredible and his knowledge was great throughout. Not only did he make sure I got the best parts for my budget and put them together for me, but he also took the time to load all my software and drivers and optimize all the settings as well as load additional software for me such as Steam, Itunes, Google Chrome, and VLC player. He also took the time to do great cable management so all those fancy parts looked great together when finally built. From start to finish I was out the door with my rig in about a week. However the support didnt stop there, I called back a day later with a weird system issue and again Thomas took the time to sit down with me over the phone and talk me through troubleshooting until we had the rig working properly with all my peripherals.
The short version I suppose is that anyone can pick parts and build a computer, these guys took it to the next level of service and made me feel like I was their only customer and their number one priority. The best part is while I would expect to pay a premium price for this level of service my parts and build fee actually came out to be on par with purchasing all my parts myself from an online retailer even after including the $50 build fee (the cheapest any of my friends have ever heard of by the way). I definitely got more than my moneys worth by going with these guys.
One last thing to note, I found out about their military discount after the fact and they retroactively refunded me the difference of the discount. Most everyone else would likely tell you it was too late but again they went above and beyond to make sure...
Read moreWe have needed Bristeeri's services twice in the past year. Both times, they delivered excellent hardware solutions for our problems. The first time, my laptop had Windows 10 issues, so they replaced the hard drive with something more compatible. Since I teach online, this saved me a lot of trouble at an affordable cost. More recently, my wife's desktop had a failing hard drive and stood in jeopardy of losing all her files. I took it over to Bristeeri, and they quickly diagnosed the issue. They gave me a few options to pursue and gave me the best advice. Once again, it was affordable and they returned the PC within 7 working days. Moreover, the techs at Bristeeri were so ethical, they did not even disturb our personal email accounts, which were still logged in when the drive failed. The company also applies the diagnostic fee to the entire bill. Fun Fact: their name is derived from the first syllables of the owners'...
Read moreIn 2018, you sold me a $400 computer for $1000. You kept the extra $600 and when I had problems with the computer only weeks later you asked me to ask the government to give you more money, for a RAM upgrade, just so my computer could handle my classes or even more than 2 open tabs at a time.
You made a lot of money off the backs of disabled veterans who don't get what they need and off the taxpayers who overpay to provide sub par equipment and service. I lost points off my gpa thanks to computer problems and your run-around service. I would have been better off never meeting you. You should be ashamed.
I just posted this because I just graduated from USC. I tried to use the computer you provided but it just never worked. After several hour drives into your office, to get the computer fixed, I was never impressed and never got the...
