DeCarlo's Fruit Market is the Best! Every person inside this market is willing to go way beyond normal transactions. This is a Family Business it is run as it was always run with the best of the best available. They have not only all the fresh fruits and vegetables you might want especially those in season they buy locally and offer it when possible. They also do fruit baskets, slider trays, charcuterie trays, you name it and they can custom make it for you. They also have their Hoagie which they are famous for it is an entire loaf of bread with all the fixings on it! They put paper in between so it never goes soggy for you in the meantime. This Hoagie has been popular for as long as I remember but they do a great pasta salad, meat salad, like that, so your picnic or meal is Assured all you gotta do is go pick it up and the payment is not high but you really don't care in the end what it is. Best of the best small markets I've ever been to! Really has a down home feel, and the owner loves chatting with the customers. Very friendly place. The italian hoagies are legendary. Cheap, humongous, and delicious. 2 of them can feed my family of 5 for less than $20. Try their pickles, homemade bread and butter perfection, best I've ever had They have a lot of stuff here, despite the small size. And everything is the best quality with very reasonable prices. They sell my favorite cheese at less than half than what GE charges for it The store is very cramped when it's busy, and the parking lot is small, but it's always worth the visit. Great little family market! Gotta try their made as you wait subs. Fantastic! The "99" is my favorite. Bring your appetite because they are on a whole loaf of soft fresh bread cut in half. They offer x meat &/or x cheese, I recommend it. They also offer 2x meat &/or 2x cheese! The 1 x is loaded, I can't imagine the 2x! Nice selection of Italian goods and seasonal fresh fruits.
