AVOID using them. The 24 Line is the WORST. Don't bother looking at the bus schedule because the BUSES NEVER SHOW UP at the times the time table shows. I can't even tell you that they run late a certain amount of time because it can vary from minutes late up to hours. You will see 3-5 buses pass either in your direction or opposite direction and they will be empty. They are not even out of service buses. The buses don't pick up people at the stops, making the bus stops super crowed due to their EXTREME IRRESPONSIBILITY and POOR MANAGEMENT. I had no choice but to give one star but if it were up to me I'd give ZERO STARS! NJ Transit should take over this line, they at least are more...

Instead of a Coach, we were provided with a regular suburban bus lacking any comfort. Attached are photos. The driver completely disregards the schedule; it took us 40 minutes just to leave the airport because she was chatting and laughing with passengers. The driver allowed two additional passengers without sufficient seats. Instead of suggesting they take the next bus, a 20-minute argument ensued. This is by far the worst bus service in New Jersey.... At Jersey Gardens Mall, the 24 bus could have 5 busses arrive and they all take 30 minute breaks at the same time. And above all else, the time they're suppose to leave the bus stop from Jersey Gardens, is the time they arrive to take their long breaks....And if you try to confront the bus driver as to why they are so late, they give you nasty attitudes with no remorse for one who is just trying to get home from work.... Someone needs to step up and investigate this because this is just ridiculous, as a paying customer, I should granted on-time service from a bus company and I know I am not the only one with...
