So far so good, bought several appliances from them. I went to the warehouse and inspected them first. They are a 3rd party seller so make sure you know this before you buy. This usually means that they are buying trailers full of open box/returns or scratch and dent stuff. Check what you buy, make sure it has a serial number plate. Contact the manufacturer and check the serial number, make sure it's not voided. Make sure it works before you take delivery. I am currently having an issue with an ice machine so I will follow up with this and see if they stand behind what they sell. Unit was installed for 60 days and then it failed. Always remember to get documents for what you buy. I do not find them dishonest in any way, as a consumer you just need to know what you're buying and how you're buying it. FOLLOW UP: 1/9/2024. We had issues with 2 appliances we purchased, neither issues was the sellers fault, they supplied us with copies of our invoice, both were fixed 100% by the manufacturer at no cost to us. Horrible service! The owner sold us refrigerator that didn't work! We called the brand servicer and he told us it was all damaged because someone did a poor job on it. The repair was over $1000 in new parts! When we came to return it the owner said it has a dent on it , but it was there when we purchased it. He refuse to give as back all the money although he perfectly knew the dent was there from the day we bought it. He was extremely angry, rude and unprofessional. If you decide to buy anything from this guy make sure it works before you take it home and take pictures of the product you're buying. Most of negative reviewers failed to understand they are 3rd party vendor recycling refurbished and damaged appliances, if they were authorized retailer you wouldn’t have the opportunity to buy new dented appliance for third of its MSRP, everyone buys at their own risk especially when you want high end product for low end prices, I found their staff helpful and accommodating and place clean, Units are visibly damaged and priced accordingly, it’s perfect place to shop for households with pets small children or both :) Btw, my appliance works fine and they did cover it with 90days no questions asked warranty so all negative reviews must come from Karen’s and...
