My dad purchased a mower here in July 2023. Unfortunately he passed away in October. Upon receiving his death certificate, my mom took a copy to this “business”, she was told he had insurance and it was paid for. In December, they start leaving her messages demanding payment. She said to come get it, it’s not hers. Men then started coming to her house multiple times a day for three days in a row, beating so hard on the door, pictures actually fell off the wall, DEMANDING she come out and sign paperwork saying they can “take the mower”. The cops were called and she didn’t hear from them until 3-18-24 when they snuck in her yard and took the mower. She’s now receiving letters demanding $800 from her to get the mower back and that they are turning my dad over to a collection agency and how upset they are HE won’t ANSWER the phone or emails! Said my hedge trimmer Husq 122hd45 needed a new carburetor after they had fixed it and billed me. Bought said carburetor without without calling first and my consent and charged me $150. Did not keep my old carburetor to give back to me. Looked online and the carb is only $20 -30 new. So they could have just washed the old one out and charged me for a new one, then charged me over $100 for labor on replacing the carb. They could have just told me I needed a new carb and I could have replaced it myself. But no one called me. Woman at front counter was very rude and told me if I did not want to pay for the carburetor they said they replaced with no proof, then they would just "keep it for me".
