Only gave the one bc the food did taste good. Everhthing else was awful. I've never had Service so horrible!!! Which is the experience. She almost ran me and my 1 yr old son over without apologizing at the door. Brought dip.. no drinks, chips, never checked to see how anything was going. No refills brought babies food 10 mins after ours and they still had no drinks, one of which came with the kids meal. Then found an actual outside leaf I wish I would've taken a pic of, (that once again not My server could tell me) what it was only that they cook with it, but was not something you would cook with and was only one hard leaf found in it.. NEVER offered to replace the food or anything!! Took it off the table before i could talk to a manager. Let yet another thing go.. waved down other servers 3 times for other things needed. Waited on her so long that we were ready to leave. Was unable to box anything up or anything. She finally noticed us as we were leaving a half hour after being ignored. The only 2 things she did was take the order and bring adult drinks. All that was taken off after I voiced ALL these things (to what I asked was the manager, no answer) was $10!!! I will never go back there I will stick to the Johnson city location that I have Never had one problem with And have been there a millions times. When it comes to eating and enjoying foods of other cultures, one can seldom go wrong. It is always a gastronomic experience different from when one enjoys food cooked at home. The interior is colorful, and decorated with family style in mind, very cozy. The food is wonderful with much to choose from whether you are familiar with mexican food or not. I don't think many here in the USA, not know what a taco or burrito is. Mexican food is like the big brother to the other culinary US staple, pizza. This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in the area and easy on the wallet too. Casual enough to stop in right after work (yes there is a bar) but with the wait staff and dim lighting it's also nice enough for a date with your sweetie. And if you like sports(especially soccer), they have multiple TVs quietly showing sports. And if you're not comfortable eating out in public then just call ahead and grab your food to go. It's usually ready for pickup in about 15 minutes (maybe longer on Fri or Sat evening). My favorite menu items are the chile relleno, the rice, and the Pico de Gallo is amazing.
