I was initially recommended to visit this location to sell my old wedding set, and I have to admit, I walked in with very little hope of receiving any meaningful value for it. However, I was completely blown away by the experience from start to finish. The owner and the staff here are incredibly professional, kind, and genuinely caring. They took the time to get to know me as an individual and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in.

Not only did they explain the different types of stones and their value in a way that was clear and informative, but they also offered me a price that was well above market value for my wedding set – something I never expected. I truly appreciate how thoughtful and transparent they were throughout the entire process.

I would not recommend this place for repairs. My ring looks worse now than when I dropped it off. My prongs were loose on this antique ring, that means a lot to me, and I lost my center stone. The prongs were not broken when I dropped the ring off. I have pictures of it. A simple stone replacement was estimated at $50 and a week for repair. 2 and a half weeks later I was told the stone was ordered too large and my prongs had ruptured and it would be $100 and even longer to fix it. I was told I was getting a good deal at this price. It seems very obvious, by the condition of the ring when I picked it up, he tried to make a stone too large fit and wanted to stretch it to put it in. First off, I loveeeee supporting local small businesses, so when I called to ask if they did custom pieces and was met with such enthusiasm over the phone I knew my search for a jeweler was over. The customer service is off the charts; they are patient and understanding, do their absolute best to work within your budget (seriously the total of my custom piece was at the very low end of my budget), and Sheri was updating me every step of the way.
