KFC — Restaurant in Elizabethton

Went through the drive thru. Got the meal I alway get. 3 piece tender and side of gravy and a small drink full of ice. So most ice and very little drink. Normally for past 3 weeks everyday my total is 9.31. The lady rudely told me it would be a 5 minute wait and I said it walks by done and then sage said my total. $10 something. Which I thought was weird. So I ask about it and they said it was a price increase. So I left it at that. I got my food and left it at that. I couldn’t eat driving home as might guess due to the fact I dip my tenders in the gravy. I had a 20 min drive home and this is what tenders they put in my box ( see pic). Then when I called about it to the manager when I got home she was rude. I ask about the price difference first. said I was to ask for it in meal form and I said I always order it this way and the price of $9.31 and and I told her I mentioned it to the girl at the window and she told me they had just had a price increase. Which I didn’t see it on the board where you order a price increase. So I knew that was a lie. How can it be one price when you tell them you have been paying for it this way and they say oh you have to say the meal and you say well they do it for me and they I explained to the manager she told me it was a price increase (but yet no price change on the board) and the manager then said oh well we have. Which is it???? And this my friends is what they give me and waited 4 minutes on. Drove 20 minutes home couldn’t wait...

I placed a pick up order online and ordered a classic chicken sandwich + nuggets big box meal with mashed potatoes & gravy, buffalo ranch sauce, and a Pepsi. I did a pickup order so I wouldn’t have to wait a long time on my lunch break.

I received no napkins and no fork - no big deal, I should’ve checked and grabbed some. I received no sauce - that’s annoying, but I’ll live. I received mac & cheese and not mashed potatoes & gravy - okay, now i’m getting upset but i’ll eat it. I received a spicy chicken sandwich and not a classic chicken sandwich - now I don’t even want to eat this meal because this is in no way what I ordered. I double checked my online receipt thinking I hit a wrong button or two - I didn’t. I thought maybe they gave me someone else’s order - my name was on the bag. I never received a fully correct order at this location and 90% of the time the customer service is terrible. KFC is not cheap and it’s kinda annoying you have to get out of your car to pick up your mobile order - the least they could do is double check...

I updated my review from one star. I went back a few days later at noon on Sunday, and got good quick service.

We showed up at 5:45pm and we were the sixth car in the drive through. We waited over twenty minutes to order, and they told us it would be a six minute wait for breasts, would that be OK? We said sure, and it was another ten minutes before we got to pay. We paid and then they said we're out of crispy breasts. We said do you have original? They said yes, then came back and said they were out of breasts, could they substitute dark meat? We said no thank you, we didn't wait forty minutes to pay $40 for food that wasn't what we wanted, we'll go to Bojangles and eat sausage gravy, so we did. We were in and out in 5 minutes, got the same amount of food for $2 less, and they gave us a jug of tea. The cashier at KFC was good, though, courteous and professional.
