I'll be leaving this long-time coming review after dealing with Handsome Cabinets for 7 months! I hope they don't delete or report this because every single person who looks into doing business with these people shouldn't! Telling from previous reviews, it seems like they're very childish and non responsive on their bad reviews, and this company is probably family owned. And the owner is never around. So from this review, they're probably going to call me a liar and decline I was ever a customer or just not respond to my review. In which I care very little of now. Here is my story and my experience of my $7,000 dollar order. If something does happen to my review, I promise to copy and paste my review and edit it if anything comes up until the end of time because Nobody should ever experience what I have...

The Good.

1)When actually being attended, they say they care about you and write down every detail you'd like and work with what you want because they "can do it all." 2) Some of the employees are actually really nice. 3) The texture of the cabinets we saw in the showroom is exactly what we got.

The Bad.

1. No greeting in store. Until 20 minutes later.
2. Horrible horrible communication
3. They lie on delivery dates.
4. They're never upfront or truthful when it comes to  the order status.
5. Delivery times are horrible. And you can never get a set date.
6. They charge you about $350 extra for delivery because you live too far. And still take 1 month to deliver, even with extra money paid.
7. No matter what, 2 people have to be present for delivery. And they don't accommodate for special delivery instructions. Which makes delivery so much harder with ones schedule.
8. They deliver broken/damaged cabinets.
9. They deliver wrong items.
10. They didn't put all the things needed for a complete project in my order.
11. Needed to buy an extra $500 worth of wood/pieces because it was never on my 1st order to begin with.
12. They never answer the phones.
13. I got put on hold for 30 min the 4 times I called.
14. They hung up on me every single time I was on hold. And never bothered calling me back.
15. I had to go in person in order to get the missing items I paid for and get the replacement items for the wrong items received.
16. They will only call you back if you file a dispute on the credit card.
17. Tony will call you and try to see why. But if things don't go his way he will threaten to put a lien on your house! And get lawyers involved.
18. We had to unfortunately file the credit card  dispute again because they took so long getting back to us.
19. George the owner never called us, even though we asked to speak with him so many times but instead we got Tony, the guy who threatened our house and family.
20. Eventually we had to write an email to George to get things resolved. All for him to try and make things right with a $200 credit for a $7,000 order. What a joke and insult.
21. We eventually settled it all and just wanted everything to be done and over. Especially after 7 months. In the end, they never got back to me about replacing my broken drawers & misaligned drawers and doors.

In the end, this is the absolute worst company customer experience we have ever had in our lives. The absolute worst. Just for us to still deal with creaky cabinet doors, misaligned drawers and doors, and uneven shelves from the inside, all after everything. We can't wait until the day comes and we remove these cabinets. If you're still reading, please stay away from this place as they will treat you the same way they did us. If not worse. These scammers need to stop scamming their customers and shut this place down!!!  STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! STAY...

Working with Handsome Cabinets has been a horrendous ordeal. On February 19, 2020, we finally received our kitchen cabinets we had ordered back in the beginning of OCTOBER 2019. Receiving them in February was no easy task either. Continuous phone calls (that were ignored, still have them saved) and emails (emails were a bit better, but only to appease us). When we placed the order in October we were told that by the first week of November we would receive the cabinets. We waited a week before we called them because there was no communication from their part. We were told their vendor was behind and Thanksgiving was coming up, long story short we received them on December 5th. The cabinets were not the color we had ordered (If you decide to go to Handsome Cabinets, make sure a color description is on the purchase order, or it will be your word against theirs) we had pictures. We returned them on December 13th and after much going back and forth and because they had customers in the store they agreed to exchange them, it was a different style, nice enough and the color was close enough. Tony even offered to throw in the hardware for the inconvenience; which we had not ordered, so that was nice. Per an email we received from Handsome Cabinets on Dec 19, 2019 we were told an estimated delivery would be January 13th-14th. They finally were delivered on February 19th, again it wasn’t easy. The order was incomplete, we are missing a glass cabinet door and of course the hardware they had offered. The last email was on March 5th, the last phone call was the following day where Tony said the order was being processed and would be delivered. So we are in May and no cabinet door or hardware. So our kitchen is semi finished. We hesitated writing this review, but we were fooled by the reviews we had read about this company. After so many years waiting to be able to remodel our kitchen, it has been a nightmare because of Handsome Cabinets and we don’t wish this on anyone else. We thought as a business, Handsome Cabinets would be concerned about its reputation and customer satisfaction. Unfortunately in our case it has not been like that. We can honestly say we were very naive and fooled by Tony and Evelina’s pretentious will to serve us. They are accommodating and suave as salespeople, but once they have the sale their customer service lacks professionalism tremendously to the point of being rude. We...

We initially went to Home Depot and Lowe's for quotes. Later my wife found this place and they sell J&K cabinets, one of the brands carried in the two big stores. Their price is much much lower (over 30% cheaper) than the previous two quotes. We visited their many many times since we always changed our idea about the layout (we were doing a complete kitchen remodeling). George, Tom, and Amlo (?not sure how to spell it), they all helped us with drawing, design and pricing with patience. The cabinets were ready within a week of order. All the cabinets were wrapped for protection during delivery. The delivery was re-scheduled to avoid rainy days.

This is not the whole story yet. Later we found that the dimension of the one cabinet ordered was wrong so that there is no room to install range hood under it. The cabinet was already installed by our contractor before we noticed this. (By their policy, we know it could not be returned). We talked to George and you know what? He just gave me the cabinet with right size for free! He did not even mention having the wrong sized cabinet back. What can you expect more!!!???

I strongly recommend to check out this place for cabinet due to their competitive price, extreme politeness, and excellent service. The only thing they don't do is customized cabinets, but they do have lots of selection to choose from. So go check out...
