House of Smoke Vape Shop — Local services in Elk Grove Township

Staff is absolutely excellent and friendly and would urge ownership to keep all of them as long as he/she can. However, this place is a complete ripoff. Their juices are marked highest I've ever seen, I can purchase 30ml bottles for half the price anywhere else compared to what they charge for 20ml. On top pf that they dont even make their juices in house. They buy in bulk from warehouses... the juices they get are probably valued at $15 per 8oz (guessing because that's pretty much the average)... then turning around and selling 10ml bottles for $10 each? Something isn't adding up when everywhere else charges $5 for 15ml. I saw recently a kanger aerotank mini for 37 dollars... 37 dollars? The manufacturer themselves sell them for just below 20... so 17 dollar convenience fee? That makes a whole lot of sense. I told co workers about this place once (all experienced vaping guys) and they didnt believe me about the prices. 3 of them and myself went in and checked it out. When we left, all they can say is how much of a joke their prices are. If you're new to vaping or even experienced in vaping products, this place is NOT where you want to shop. I went to this shop with a few friends, somehow we were recommended this garbage shop. They do in fact swear and carry on inappropriate conversations while in front of customers. They did it to us why we were there when they went from one room to another. Luigi was right the staff has little to NO knowledge of products and policies. The once chick that helped us constantly said I don't know anything about this your better off asking someone else. Yet just stood around not helping us nor getting someone who could. This business shouldn't even get the one star I was forced to give. When we got there the chick claimed they like to do business with locals. Both buying products and selling to. So looking around I noticed that majority of the glass was China. Yes, Dhate glass. Including most of the accessories. I did mention that to two people they said they had no idea where it comes from just one person handles the purchases of glass etc. I ended up getting glass two nails ( one from darth dabs just go to his website and save money) my friend bought a rig and a few accessories, they asked 220 we got them to knock off 110. Not long after I found the same rig my friend bought for 100$+ for 40 on Dhgate. Stay away from this place, they have nothing...

I spent almost $200 on a vape and juice, about 2 months ago. Not even a month in, my vape completely stopped working. I brought it in to them, the guy took the entire thing apart, found that there was nothing wrong with it, took down my information and said the manager would call me in the morning. I talked to her ONCE, and since then she will not return my phone calls, and every time I call them they talk to me like I’m stupid, tell me the manager will call me back (because she’s never actually there) and she never does. Not only will they not replace my vape, they won’t give me money back, or even call me back, but their customer service is absolutely terrible. I would not recommend anyone to buy...
